I couldn’t recommend this clinic highly enough! We have visited the clinic twice so far in our pregnancy. We opted for an early reassurance scan which was at 6 weeks & the staff were incredibly welcoming and made our experience enjoyable and reassuring. They made us feel important and valued which helped ease our anxieties in which is a nerve racking appointment. Because of our excellent experience we booked a 16 week scan to get further information about the health of our baby and to find out the gender. The service was again exceptional and made us feel very special. We purchased a teddy with a heart beat of our baby which is a lovely touch. Visiting this clinic is a must, you won’t be disappointed! :)

What a wonderful place! Staff were absolutely lovely and welcoming and made us all feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The room you sit to wait in is spacious, clean and has the cutest baby clothes and accessories to buy for your baby or the sweetest props to help you make the perfect announcement including confetti canisters! You can even buy canisters to suit the gender when you don’t know the gender, they are super discreet. The scan itself was perfect, we took our two children and the room was again spacious and suitable. The sonographer and assistant explained everything we could see on the screen, involving the children all time. They gave us time to record the reveal and then lit up the room for us (in pink) which was such a great fun way to find out we are having a girl. I would highly recommend Hey Baby 4D!!!

Would 100% recommend hey baby! Went today for my 4d scan and was soo lovely, they took their time explaining and looking at the baby and was the best that we got to bring our family along. They made sure we got a clear picture as well, as she was very scrunched up. It was an amazing experience!

First went here for an early reassurance scan after a scare and the NHS refused to give me an ultrasound. The peace of mind I received here was absolutely priceless. The staff were warm and welcoming and very professional. We were so impressed with the early reassurance scan that we booked a gender reveal and 4d scan. At the gender reveal scan we told staff that we didn't want to be told the gender at the scan, we wanted to take that information away with us and find out at home. We were absolutely blown away by the effort that was taken to conceal that information from us. Their care and professionalism has made visiting the clinic an absolute pleasure and we are very much looking forward to returning for a 4D scan.

I couldn’t rate Hey Baby Colchester highly enough. I have now had two different scanning experiences, the first being the gender reveal lighting scan and the second being a 4d scan. Both have been absolutely amazing and made our first pregnancy journey more exciting! Thank you so much for all our scans. We had the reassurance scan which given it was my first baby and at that point with not being able to feel anything I was constantly worrying so it really was reassuring and very strange to see there actually was a baby growing there! They we had the gender scan where you kindly wrote down baby's gender and we bought a confetti cannon so we could find out as a whole family we really appreciate you covering the cannon so we couldn't tell and it was a real surprise for us too! We then came back for a 3d scan where baby wasn't playing ball so after trying lots of different things we were rebooked in free of charge to redo the scan but still given the digital photos taken at the first scan which was amazing. We experienced nothing but amazing customer service and we're made to feel so looked after and comfortable! Thank you for everything! We would recommend you to anyone and would return should we have anymore!

Had the best experience here when myself my partner and 2 boys went to find out the gender of baby no.3. Staff were super friendly and welcoming, even helped settle my youngest when he found out baby was a girl and he got abit upset! Would definitely recommend! X

I highly recommend visiting Hey Baby 4D Colchester at any stage of pregnancy. I felt so reassured whilst being there, as the staff are so friendly and accommodating. Not to mention it is really clean and comfortable. The clinic is so easy to find, and there is plenty of parking right outside. They all went above and beyond to make the experience as lovely as possible and I left with some photos to show family and friends.

Highly recommended Hey baby for any stage of your pregancy. Me & my partner visited on the 12th February for a 4D scan & well being check , I was about 30 weeks. Baby was being stubborn & was hiding so we returned a week later free of charge where we got a better view of baby. Staff are absolutely lovely they make you feel so comfortable & reassured. The environment is very clean & relaxing. Cannot of wished for a better experience.

WOW! We came to Hey Baby at the weekend to have a 4D scan having previously used a more well known scan provider in Witham, Essex for previous scans. We didn't anticipate the service to be as friendly as it was. We spent an hour with the team. From reception all the way through to the sonographer, we loved our experience. We were made to feel at ease and the team wanted to ensure we had a great visit. We were so impressed and would recommend anyone thinking of having a scan outside of those provider by the NHS to use Hey Baby.

Absolutely amazing. I had a scan on Saturday (16 weeks pregnant) found out the gender. I brought my daughter a heartbeat bear which she loves! All staff where incredible and the sonographer was amazing and really reassuring. We will 100% be back!
