I had no idea what I was doing when I decided to have a new boiler installed, and these guys came highly recommended to me by a friend. Hearing about their work made me feel more confident in them and they did not disappoint! They were very professional, on time with their appointments, and really provided me with a fantastic service

Brilliant. Came out very quickly to resolve a plumbing issue that left us without water. I was very impressed with the calmness and professionalism shown, within 40 minutes had all repairs completed and services restored. Even helped me complete the tap replacement that caused the issue in the first. Great service, low cost and an ultimate professional… highly recommended.

Excellent service. Very nice guy. Have used twice now and will continue to use. One time for gas fireplace check and another for boiler troubleshooting. Both times had friendly and professional service. Problem was solved quickly and at reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.

good quality for a good price. quality, accuracy, responsiveness. we use the services of the same master for the second year in a row, a year ago there was a problem that the boiler broke down, and there was no hot water, we called, and the master arrived on the same day. Noticed I had a gas pipe leak on Sunday afternoon made an appointment for later that afternoon. Engineer arrived exactly when he said he would, fixed problem quickly and efficiently. Sergejs was extremely helpful in helping decide which boiler to install as I needed to update my 22 year boiler. He came on time, and started work immediately. He was very professional and tidy and ensured everything was clean of debris throughout the installation. After the work was complete, he patiently helped set up Google Nest and explained everything to both my wife and me. I would highly recommend him and will definitely keep his number for my friends and family who might need a boiler replacing. I will also be calling him again in a year to service my boiler. Fast, efficient, incredibly friendly, and went above and beyond!! We had an elder person living with us with vulnerability and our central heating was not working. We needed an emergency call out and he was so accommodating! He was so polite and this is very important because we had bad experience with other engineers before. He really really knows his stuff!! It took him a few minutes to figure out what was wrong. He even went above and beyond fixing the thermostat. I would honestly leave a thousand reviews if I could.

Required a new electrical feed from house to garage with consumer unit installation. Sergejs provided two options and advised on pros/cons. The work was carried out efficiently and to a high standard. Priced the job very competitively. Will use again for future work.

Can’t thank these guys enough. Professional and polite. When I ordered a new boiler through British Gas I was expecting a British Gas engineer/ team to turn up to install the equipment. But when Idyllgreen arrived I was a little bit miffed. However I should not have been concerned. They’ve done a great job and to say they were up against a lot of problems due to the poor maintenance of my central heating and hot water system by BG. Idyllgreen had to change a pump, valves and other components in order to complete the installation. If you’re considering changing your boiler, repairing one or any other maintenance/ installation work then please consider these guys first. Thank you Idyllgreen.
