Attended one reception party. Unlike most of negative reviews everything was perfect. Probably, it was due to personality clash! There were people helping us to park our car, showing direction. Even the owner was friendly and managing his staffs. I think he was happy. :) The amnities were good. Toilets were clean, tables were all arranged with cold drinks, water and few other things. Alltogether it looked good.

I had my son's wedding mirage ceremony at the Mercia on 23rd September 2022. Kulli was brilliant and his staff especially Tracy was excellent in her approach and was always available for any question or queries. I really dont understand the negative reviews. Would highly recommend and would advise to test out service for yourself and not rely on negative reviews

My family had a wake at this venue. It was the perfect size and location. Kully was exceptionally courteous and sensitive to our needs, nothing was a problem. Venue was spacious, clean and decorated beautifully. Kully was always on the other end of the phone or email to ensure all went to plan. The staff were really sociable and helpful, could've done with a card reader at the bar, but other than that it was spot on.

Venue for a white collar boxing contest.. nice facilities, but car parking space is limited

Went here for the car boot sale (Sundays). Not as good as it used to be and it's smaller since the new housing estate was built. The toilet facilities are a bit grubby. The refreshment and food wagon is way to expensive for what it is. Bring your own food and drinks.

Parking may be a problem but venue is fairly sized is a deal for small medium size event, also has a bar as well and another side room as well which is isolated sound wise
