After taking on several quotes we decided to go with KC Plumbing. The quote was very competitive and included all additional parts such as a magna filter, so therefore cheaper than others who had quoted. The team arrived promptly on time and after going over everything with me, started work straight away. Always polite and respectful, when needing to communicate with updates during the day. They finished the Job on time and then gave me full instructions on how to run the system, as well as ensuring that the warranty was registered. I was even able to contact the team after they had left about a question I had which was re-assuring. Overall the service was excellent and they left the property neat and tidy. Thank-you.

Couldn't find the spare tap glands to fit my existing tap. Been to most of Derby plumbing merchants including B&Q, Wickes and local plumbing merchants. No luck, this place had the tap gland I needed. Saved me from buying new tap. Highly recommend this shop for spares.

The flush on our only toilet broke as we were leaving for work on a Friday morning. KC Plumbing sent someone to us within a few hours. They thoroughly checked and explained the problem and how they planned to fix it. Came round the next morning and carried out the work to a very high standard. Extremely friendly, trustworthy and reasonably priced service. We were so pleased with the emergency service we received we've asked for quotes on further work. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Had a leaking Worcester boiler. After trying to find somebody local to come and look at it, I finally landed on these guys. Superb. They responded back to me within the hour and attended the same day! I was still getting messages back from other people 2 weeks later! Ridiculous. They sorted out my problem for a reasonable price. I have used KC plumbing on a few occasions now and on all occasions I have found KC plumbing to be very knowledgeable, reliable, professional, trustworthy and reasonably priced. I first came across KC plumbing a few years ago where they repaired a faulty boiler within the same day as call out (after being let down by others). More recently in terms of work, they have fitted a complete central heating system (Vaillant boiler), gas fire and plumbing for kitchen, bathroom and en-suite. The works were finished to a very high standard with all rubbish being cleared and my home left in a tidy state ready for the decorator.

My tenant had a leak in the bathroom and water was going to the kitchen. I phoned KC up and he was there within 10 minutes and manage to stop the leak . I have purchased a 4 bed house which is being renovated, including a two storey extension, open plan kitchen 5 m bifold doors and lantern. As with all building projects the cost has increased.
