I had a great experience from start to finish with Emily. She really did go above and beyond to help get the finance in place as there was an issue from a previous car through another broker that had to be returned as it was faulty. I was kept up to date with everything and Emily really put my mind at ease. Great service.

Surprisingly quick from start to finish and an extremely helpful team. My interactions throughout were stress free. Anthony and Lee were especially helpful... Having been given the run around for over a week with another company, they achieved more in just one day! And within 4 days (one of which was a Sunday) I had my new car . All the staff I spoke to were polite and friendly and I was never in a queue for long... maximum about a minute. All in all I cannot fault the service they provide.. Christian Robinson at Midland Credit Ltd has been fantastic he has been very informative and helpful. He spent a lot of time with me going through the process of finding the right car. Christian knew I was in a rush to find a car as I needed a car to start my new job. The turn around was as quick as a week. We did pose an issue with the dealers as the dealers said the car wouldn’t be ready in time. Christian went the extra mile to resolve this.
