K. P.Staff are efficient, friendly, and helpful. Lovely to see a consulate staff who can be professional and friendly at the same time.
P. M.Bring a book, have been here a few times now for passport appointments, and there is always a wait. Arrive having been to the toilet beforehand as they don't have any for visitors. The nearest one is at the Apex hotel along the road. Staff are friendly enough, and it's very nice not to have to go to London!
A. J.My partner and I had to get documents for our newborn child. Smoothest bureaucratic experience of our lives. We were helped by Principal Officer Susan Wilson, who was friendly, helpful, and efficient. In and out in about 30 mins.
