Contacted Resolve to help solve issue with heating not working and matter sorted swiftly with sound advice provided regarding necessary upgrade of old back boiler system. Was able to book replacement boiler job with ease based on their advice and work was carried out to a very high standard, and much quicker than I expected it to be. Came out after an emergency call to Mark on a Sunday due to a leak in boiler. Mark was quick, “resolved” the problem and cleaned the area nice finished. Very reasonable pricing and followed up with a call a couple of times after fixed. Great work and great aftersales service.

After having so much trouble getting British gas to install Smart meters into my property and reconnect the gas supply into my Combi boiler (waiting 10 days with no heating or hot water and many phone calls to British Gas) I phoned Resolve to make an appointment to get the Combi boiler checked over. The gas engineer within MINUTES of looking at the Smart meter noticed that British gas had not reconnected the gas supply into my property. Both the 1st Engineer who installed the smart meters and the 2nd Engineer who came to check why the combi was not working properly FAILED to check that the gas supply was getting into my property. This was unbelievable failure on British Gas customer service. Resolve Heating & Pimbing did an excellent job of checking the combi over and restoring the gas supply. The engineer was very respectful and efficient. I will certainly be using the company from now on.

Mark and Gary have installed my gas central heating, my bathroom and my kitchen plumbing. They are a great at the work they do and complete it all to a very high standard whilst at great value whilst sourcing and organising any other trades that the project needs.
