J. G.I'm bias as my grand daughter was performing...but great atmosphere, intimate little theatre for up and coming artists...Nice little bar too.

S.Myself and my fiance came to fringe festival over the weekend and happened to walk upon this little theatre to notice an advert for We Will Rock You, so we booked tickets (excellent value at 2-4-1 £12) to watch the production. The standard of production, cast and likeness to the original was a credit. We both thoroughly enjoyed it.

A. M.This is a very pleasant and relaxing place for lunch or coffee or drinks. I have only been sitting the daytime, so I don't know what the evening or night vibe is like. Really friendly and efficient staff. I just had avocado toast with roast tomatoes and smoked mushrooms. It was a large portion and I was sure I would be taking half of it home in a box, but it was so delicious that I ate it all!

J. S.Love the Rose Theatre, great intimate venue where you are always close to the action. The bar area has had a bit of a make over recently and is now quite a pleasant place to sit and have a drink even if you are not seeing a show.

A. M.I really like the atmosphere inside the Gilded Balloon. It's a great venue for a whole host of shows, and I expect the wonderful Edinburgh entertainment scene would be a little worse off were it to suddenly disappear!

B.Our regular choice at work for some great coffees at wonderful prices and wow their vegan cinnamon rolls are absolutely divine, I was halfway through eating it when I decided I must post a review so photos will be updated next time I get one! The staff who work there are also incredibly friendly and welcoming. There are comfortable seating areas and they serve breakfast which I must try out too. 5 stars all around!
