J. Z.Sharon is a star! My parents' fireplace stove stopped working and I have been struggling to get someone to fix it for months now. Tonight I sent Vulcan an email and Sharon responded so quickly with what was wrong with it and figured out the issue straight away. Incredible and then she proceeded to advise for free over email how I go about fixing it. It is now working and I no longer need to worry about my parents being cold over the winter months. Thank you Sharon and it speaks volumes of your company's integrity that your advice was given so freely!
