After conflicting information on my wife's Visa ILR refusal from many immigration lawyers out there who couldn't differentiate between variation of stay and indefinite application, Mr Alex didn't blink an eye to tell us our stand. My wife ILR 10 years route was refused and she appealed the refusal, while appeal was on she got a research work and she needs to do work sponsorship Visa tier 2 to start the work but many lawyers said it isn't possible to do another application while you have a pending appeal with home office.
