I had high hopes for this experience, and although we had a great meal, unfortunately the trade off in cinematic projection quality coupled with movie disruption made this the one and only visit for our group. The food quality was super, however we waited a full 25 minutes for our drinks order, despite our food being served quickly. It was a quiet period so this was really more of a communication area between the waiting staff and the bar. The actual movie experience was average to bad, with mid quality projection; constantly interrupted by serving staff, audience entering/leaving and at our showing we witnessed a plate and 2 glasses smashed causing a lot of noise. An easy fix would be a bigger rake in seating, And the fact I couldn’t see above the person in front of me of average height really highlighted this design error. This style of cinema has the right intention but bad execution.

A magical place for a date night. The sofa seats are dangerously comfortable. The screens feel private and cosy. Seat service before the film starts. The food and drinks from the bar can be brought to the screen or ordered to your seats and brought to you. The prices are fairly steep, but you pay for the service and the experience. Therefore it's a lovely treat. A special occasion cinema. Book in advance.

A wonderful experience. Very comfortable seating , friendly,helpful staff. Arrived early to meet my daughter in law ,the staff approached me, invited me in to sit and wait for her in bar area and brought me a glass of water without being asked to. You can order food and drinks at bar and staff bring them to your seat. Can't recommend it highly enough.!

It's the best cinema experience going. The Everyman has comfortable sofa's and allows you to have an alcoholic drink while you watch the latest release on the big screen. No annoying teens with mobile phones here! The atmosphere is great just remember to duck down when entering or leaving as you may become part of the film.

Been to the cinema a few times with my daughter and friends and the service is always slow. Last time we were waiting for food and the chef was ringing the bell for the staff to come and they ignored him. We got the food but it wasn't piping hot as the waiting staff were too busy chatting at the bar to serve. It was frustrating seeing our food on the pass getting cold. It's a great cinema with lovely comfortable couches and the food is nice. Wine is very expensive! Be warned x

My wife and I had another fabulous Evening at Everyman - Glasgow on Sunday Evening 13th Nov. First time I have seen my fav movie “Goodfellas” on the big screen. Such was the demand for this one that the EVM team had to move everyone at short notice to accommodate - ten out of ten to the whole team - in seat service and customer care was absolutely fab. Can’t give more than five stars on line - so here it’s is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic wee cinema snuggled at the bottom of Princes Square. We had our dinner brought to our seats at the start of the movie. The cinema is small with comfy seats and a cushion, though they don't recline. We enjoyed the whole experience very much. Just like your own living room but someone serving you! Also I had a vegan burger which was good.

I Had the pleasure of attending the Pre-Opening night! I was welcomed into the cinema by a member of staff, presumably the manager who gave us a brief explanation of what to expect as it's not your typical cinema experience. We ordered food, drinks and snacks at the bar and the staff were very friendly. He talked us through and explained it'd be brought straight to our seats before the movie started. As we went through to the screen we found it to be cosy, but spacious. Proper chairs and couches both with cushions that could be removed to suit. The chairs had small tables between each that were raised slightly to hold food on. I used it to place my tray on that had the burger and chips. I opted for the smoked burger which had bacon and bbq sauce. The food was really nice, better than I expected. Although it was a little awkward without any lights on and trying to eat and see what you were doing. I think it'd be a good idea to have dimmed lights for the first 20 minutes of the movie to allow you to see a bit better. Otherwise you can have food outside prior to viewing, I believe. There was plenty of leg room too. I'm quite short so generally doesn't bother me but I had more than enough, Enough to properly stretch out. I would recommend it!

Went to this cinema for the first time ever just to try a new cinema experience. Wasn't overly impressed. Seemed to be not enough staff as two ladies that were there couldn't keep up with the amount of customers coming trough that affecting the waiting times for the orders to arrive. Ordered a low alcohol gin and limonade which was okay, also ordered squid and that was delicious, didn't expect it to taste so good considering its a cinema food, but I was positively surprised.

It smells of stale fat. Obviously the ventilation isn't correct for the food their frying. Please fix as everything else is wonderful.

Everyman in Princes Square Buchanan St Glasgow is a superb place. I just love it! Food is a great bite to eat before a film or just to have a bite to eat. This is an ingenious way to make you feel relaxed and at home which is so important. Staff are just so lovely and welcome you as you come in. I just want to say how important that is right now. To the staff, please keep this going. I felt so welcome and your staff are just beautiful people. Went to see the film “Belfast” which is an amazing production and so important to show a positive film like this right now. Thank you ❤️

- Amazing change from the normal cinema experinece. - 3 small intimate screens (largest 60+ seats) - All seats in screen are cosy couches or arm chairs, each with one cushion. - Table service is great and is provided in the screen, up-to the end of the previews - Pricing of food is nothing not expected for Princes square. - Seats look down on the screen, so on occasion people leaving block the projection. - Will defo be back, but maybe not for all cinema trips.

Loved it.... This was my birthday treat from my youngest son... Whilst watching one of my favourite films we munched on tacos and drank cocktails. The staff (especially Kyle) were brilliant with us and looked after us like we were family.....Btw the guacamole is to die for..best I've tasted since I visited Peru in 2012. Recently discovered this little gem of a place. Exactly what Prices Square needed. There's a bar, they do casual food after 5 pm (burgers), there are 3 small viewing room. The smallest only has 38 seatsvand feels super intimate. I don't know about the other rooms but in this one at least all the seats are large cosy armchairs or sofas and you can bring your drink in. My husband went to see the Sparks Brothers Documentary and the whole experience was absolutely fantastic! Can't wait to go back!

My wife, my son and I loved our first visit to the cinema to watch The Irishman, tried the bar first with some pizza and drinks which although fresh n tasty was expensive for size of portions, comfy seats and delivery of coffees and a wine for me and popcorn for junior before the movie began was a perfect start to the film. So would recommend it as a enjoyable experience but is a bit on the pricey side.

Loved this place! Very hipster style. Our nibbles and drinks were ordered before the screening began, then delivered to you, at your seats during the adverts. And we had a sofa to sit in for the film! Top notch service too. The manager-ess was very helpful, friendly and professional. And all of this with a disabled companion on a motability scooter.

My husband and I went to the Glasgow venue last night, which was our first time going to an Everyman Cinema and....what an amazing place. The staff were honestly amazing, Im sorry we didnt get the names of the 2 women we spoke to and who served us, they were just so lovely!! The food, omg sooo good!Amazing quality and so reasonably priced. The screen was just awesome and those couches! Super comfy without making me want to nap! I now really want one for our house lol! What they didnt know until we leaving, was that it was our 1yr wedding anniversary and we really had such a great experience, we will definately be back......lots! Thank you xx

Excellent cinema. Large bar with good food selection. Disabled access in screen was good with a handrail. Sadly the accessible toilet was a huge disappointment. Very heavy door. Flush didn't work properly. No soap or handwash available. Toilet paper behind toilet. Either someone peed all over the floor or there was a leaking sink.

Visited for the first time recently and really enjoyed the experience. If you're not in the know, it is a more relaxed place to watch a move than a regular cinema, with one and two seater sofas (you will be allocated a seat when you book or buy a ticket) that are pretty comfortable. The Everyman also has a relaxed approach to taking drinks in from the bar (it is licensed). At time of writing, 2*250ml glasses of house wine was £15, which I don't think unreasonable for a city centre venue. Additionally, there's enough space that you can actually exit during a movie to top up your glass or go to the loo without causing a commotion. My only downer is that, for the film I went to see in screen one, the slightly off centre aspect felt a bit odd, but perfectly watchable. Sitting at the rear as well, the audio didn't have a chance to really shine. As an overall experience though, it's light years ahead of a traditional pack-em-to-the-rafters cinema, and I will be back.

Modified my review - OK, so lockdown has been tough, but my wife was on hold trying to get refunded for tickets when Glasgow remained in tier three (we had to ask, it wasn't automatic) and got stung for a £34 phone call. Previous review; Everything you would expect from a small, boutique, indiesque cinema in the heart of Glasgow. Super helpful and efficient staff and a wonderfully cosy atmosphere in the theatres. Table service and licensed. What more could you want?

The place was really good, only problem was where the projector is, if anyone stood up then their shadow went on the screen but apart from that it was ok, it's not as great a set up as their Stratford upon Avon one but it was ok for something different, the difficulty in finding it also caused another problem if you don't know your way around Glasgow as it's hidden away in the lower ground of princess square, their mozzarella garlic bread came with tones of mozzarella compared to their Stratford upon Avon cinema but I'll be talking with the Stratford managers about this next week as they should all be consistent across the board, but other ways another good experience from everyman cinema

We booked here to see the 40th Anniversary showing of Monty Pythons Life of Brian and were NOT disappointed. You get seated on a 2 seater couch or on an individual arm chair and the cinema auditorium is small and homely. The film, my favourite of all time, was a joy as I'd never seen it in a public setting before. Being there with others and enjoying the communal atmosphere and laughter was fantastic, made all the better when the young staff member started to introduce the screening from the front, and a chap at the back shouted out "Speak up, I can't hear a thing"!!

My only gripe was the difficulty in finding the place (on foot) even though Google maps took me to the shopping centre. I could see no signage around directing inside the centre. Love this cinema. Food and drinks are fab, service is great. Cinema is really comfy. Only one downside is when people stand up, they occasionally block the projector and interrupt the movie.

I'm not a big fan of cinemas but Everyman has changed my mind. What a different experience, loved the whole ambiance from the bar/restaurant to the actual cinema. Only about 30 seats in screen 3 where we watched Whitney Houston film, nice and cozy. Staff brought us food and drinks prior to film starting. Yes it was a wee bit expensive but it was a treat/day out. It's was really nice to watch the film with a glass of wine. Overall lovely experience and would definitely be back. Great location in city centre, 2 mins from Argyle Street

A plush cinema with comfy two seater sofas, but let down by being understaffed on a Sunday afternoon. They wouldn't serve me at the bar, but insisted I take a seat, then didn't come to take my order. People around me were all complaining they hadn't yet received their orders. Once we actually got to show time I went up and insisted they sell me a ticket, otherwise I would have missed the start of the film.
