The service from William and Gas Glow was second to none. I have no hesitation in recommending Gas Glow for all heating and gas work. I had been let down by another heating engineer who charged me a call out and did nothing much and said it would be extra when he got the part.With no heating and hot water over Easter a prospect and with an elderly mother in the house, I called William the next day. Although he had another job on, he kept me updated with his progress. He came out, knew what to do straightaway and got the problem fixed without me needing the spare part(which he had in stock in his van).He was extremely pleasant and professional and charged an honest and reasonable fixed price for the work. We bought our first house back in November and not long after moving in we were hit with a number of issues that we did not know about at the time of purchase, we had Gas Glow recommended to us and from the moment William came out he was very professional and always prompt with responding to queries and calls. He has done multiple jobs around our home since moving in from fixing and replacing a number of issues with the boiler, replacing cracked pipes under the kitchen sink as well as finding leaks within the bathroom which was causing our living room and kitchen walls to become wet. He was quick and efficient fixing these also. For any other issues or work we want done around the house, we will definitely be calling out Gas Glow to carry out the work.

I called Gas Glow around 12pm after finding out I had a gas leak, required new piping and could not use any heating or my gas cooker in the mean time. The engineers were very professional, arrived quickly within the time specified, gave a clear quote with full breakdown and completed the work in a timly manner. I was back up and running by 4pm the same day. Given that I have a 9 month old baby at home it I really appreciate the effort Gas Glow went to to make sure everything was fixed fast! I would wholeheartedly recommend William at Gas Glow. He renewed a set of plumbing for a kitchen in Bruntsfield, Edinburgh at short notice. He managed to cap a gas pipe and provide a gas safety certificate as well as renewing cold and hot pipes in the kitchen within a morning. William is experienced, competent and pleasant.
