Mark and Jordan did 2 different jobs for me, both full day jobs, so quite a bit to do. The first job was to install a 15 metres gas pipe, create the pipework using copper press-fit fittings and finally commission the combi boiler. The quality of the pipework is second to none, those guys pay great attention to details and ended up creating a piece of art. Since the pipes were exposed, it was important for those to aesthetically look nice, and on the top of that it just act as a radiator on its own. The second job was job was to convert an existing Y plan installation to S plan on a unvented system. The quality of the pipework is again amazing, the cylinder is located in a cupboard with tight access, the new pipework is of far superior quality and was done in such an efficient way that a third of the space in the cupboard was recovered for storage. There are tons of plumbers who can only do repairs, but not many who can redesign installations like Mark and Jordan. Mark and Jordan are bright and honest guys, it is evident they can work out complex problems. It feels re-assuring when they work in your home.

Cannot thank Jordan & Mark enough for a thoroughly terrific service! From our initial quote to install, the guys were awesome! We were changing from a 30 year old conventional boiler to a combi, and new radiators throughout. Guys were on time every morning, meticulously tidy, and completed the job in excellent time. Having obtained 4 quotes to convert my broken back boiler to a modern combi system I selected Mark and his team not just on price ( very competitive) but also the customer reviews on this site Mark was able to do the install within my time frame and only took a day and a half. Couldnt have been happier with the work carried out. Not often do you find tradesmen that you feel you can really trust and have your best interest at heart but Mark and Jordan really exceeded all expectations and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to get work done. They upgraded my boiler, and moved it from my kitchen to my loft, removed and disposed of my old water tank, as well as little odd jobs here and there that they probably didnt need to go out of their way to do for me. Just had a service and repair to my boiler carried out by Mark. I was given a quote for parts and labour after the first visit and he kept in touch regarding when the work would be carried out. Mark sorted a boiler that was releasing carbon monoxide. He was on time, excellent at communicating, he did exactly what he said he would, was very thorough, and was priced competitively. A much better operator than British Gas whose solution was to switch the boiler off for a couple of weeks while they tried to find an available engineer.

Told us he would order new boiler and get it fitted on Wednesday 29th. Constantly kept in contact and kept us uptodate. Couldn’t be happier with the work they done. With our old boiler breaking and the system been completely clogged with dirty water, mark had flushed the full system out over 3 days to get rid of the build up and fitted the new boiler perfectly even at such short notice when we we were left with no heating due to the old boiler breaking they came to help last minute to give us some heat in the meantime before the new boiler was being fitted.
