Siobhan was lovely and professional. Her salon was beautiful. It was modern with a bohemian vibe. She made me feel right at home and comfortable before my procedure. Time went in so fast because we were just chatting away. She explained the process before carrying out the procedure (hair removal) and made me feel at ease the whole time. Will definitely be back and I would recommend to anyone.

I attended the Ayurvedic Massage training with Siobhan and the whole experience from start to finish was wonderful. Siobhan is extremely knowledgeable and it is very apparent that she has a true passion for what she does. The workbooks, hands on training and small group made it feel really personal. Completing the course with Siobhan and the subsequent case studies has left me feeling confident in providing Ayurvedic massage to my clients.

I attended the ayurvedic massage training course with Siobhan at Namrata in August 2022. I had no previous experience with massage so was a little worried. Siobhan was fantastic, she really put me at ease. She is so knowledgable with regards massage & ayurveda as well as being approachable and nurturing. By the end of the weekend I felt confident to carry out the massage on others, as well as being deeply relaxed following such a lovely weekend. Would absolutely recommend this course.

I received a cryostar therapy treatment for pain in my shoulder and lower back, which was travelling to my knee. The treatment was targeted to the source of pain by the machine coupled with Siobhans vast knowledge of healing over many modalities. Pain relief was felt almost instantly and my mobility improved in the affected areas. I highly recommend cryostar if your suffering from injury or pain.

I have been attending yoga classes at Namrata for some time now Siobhan is a wonderful teacher, she takes time to explain & demonstrate the poses & also explains the benefits of them & the theory behind them. The maximum of 5 in a class makes it like a one to one situation. I thoroughly enjoy my classes & look forward to them.
