Stephen and the rest of the crew were great. We needed a new boiler installed as something suddenly came up with our old boiler and we were without heat and hot water. Stephen responded back to my initial inquiry right away, he came next day and did an inspection and provided a lot of useful information. We got a quote that evening and they were able to come carry out the work a couple days later. The whole team were very professional and efficient.

Origin have done an incredible job renovating my bathroom, replacing the existing bath with a walk in shower tray, installing a thermostatic shower and refacing the walls with wet wall material along with a couple of other improvements. First class service. The only 24hr company that actually answered their phone when our pipe burst under our sink just after midnight last night flooding our hall. We turned the main water off and the guys came out 1st thing this morning, replaced the pipe and got the water on in under 10 minutes before the rest of the family had even got up. Used them before to fit a gas fire last year and they were every bit as professional but I didn't leave a review. I'd really recommend to anyone.

I was recommended Origin by a lady from the Dennistoun community page who’d recently had a great experience. Within 5 minutes of messaging, the guys had organised a time slot shortly after to replace my broken shower. I have completely forgotten our engineer’s name as I am a nightmare! Phenomenal service, initially called with a problem with our existing boiler (which we were looking to replace), it was, as feared, beyond repair. Within 48 hours, following a survey and an unbeatable quote to replace and upgrade from conventional to combi, the work was completed. Genuinely wish we'd done this sooner. Highly recommended.

Was recommended to go with Origin with any plumbing issues. Was able to get an appointment the following day with a leaking issue in my bathroom. James arrived and was real friendly explained what he needed to do and what needs to be done clearly. Quick and easy, looking to do up the showser room and change the taps around the house. Will definetly call again when the time comes :)
