I'd personally like to thank Beth for the exceptional waxing experience she gave my girlfriend. She was made very comfortable and it was the least painful session she's ever had. I must say the results were amazing, it made our time together all the more special. I highly recommend Pure Spa, guys get your lady booked in, you won't regret it.

Didn't really feel like a spa experience. You really need to bring the dressing gowns and the slippers back. No drink was offered on arrival. Was lacking the ambience vibe. I understand due to COVID. That was the reason why they were taken away. However, it's a contradiction as there's blankets, sheets the chairs you sit on, the carpet that the virus can linger so I think that's just a cut back on costs. I didn't feel comfortable staying after my treatment. I drank my water and left. Both toilets had no hand towels to dry your hands after washing despite a member of stuff coming out of one of the toilets as I went to use it. I went to use it again before I left and still no hand towels. I did inform reception when I left. The toilets look run down, worn out stains in one of the pans. Not what I would expect. When using the sauna I would expect some privacy, not visual to everybody sitting, waiting or relaxing a room divider or a curtain just to give the clients that privacy. I never had this treatment on this occasion and I wouldn't book the sauna simply for the above reasons. My treatments were amazing the back massage and facial cannot fault the ladies. However I do not feel it was value for money. It was also very noisy during my relaxing treatments with banging and talking which was quite off putting. I was late for my appointment but they never reduced my treatment time I was given my full 2 hours.

Professional, friendly, relaxed- a wonderful experience in the Pure Spa in Silverburn. Credit to Anna the Therapist who did my 60 minute massage- it was one of the best massages I’ve ever had and I came away feeling incredible, on cloud 9 million! Highly recommended if you’re looking for relaxation and a bit of pampering. Thanks to all the team there.

Recieved a voucher as a birthday present & decided on a nice facial treatment and it was exactly what I wanted. There was a small consultation to address any specific skincare problems/needs I had and they chose products based off of that. Atmosphere was very soothing and they used high quality products.

I had a Duluxe Spa Day here, which involved a full body massage, a facial & gel manicure with a light lunch & use of infra red sauna. This is the perfect place to go for a relaxing day. The massage I had was one of the best I've ever had, followed by a relaxing facial & gel manicure & pedicure. The girls are very professional, helpful & friendly. They offer a wide range of treatments & gift vouchers. I can't wait to return.

I booked a 1.5hr treatment here for my birthday, I booked through Spaseekers (they do a teachers discount!) it was £103 for 30mins each of massage, Indian head massage & Hopi ear candles (there were around 7 options to choose from). From arrival to leaving everyone there was really friendly and greeted you with a smile. The treatments were amazing, Amanda’s massages were the most relaxing I think I’ve ever had! I liked that they have the relaxation area so you don’t have to leave straight after your treatment, it is small so not like going to a larger spa with thermal facilities, but still a nice add on which allows you to savour the experience a little more. There were one or two areas within the spa that I felt could have done with a little TLC and tidy up to maintain the luxury feeling, however overall I would definitely recommend and return.

That was the best massage and facial I've ever had. I never fall asleep during a massage but Jessica had me so relaxed that I dozed off. She took the time to understand what pressure I would like and done a full consultation prior to treatment. I loved every second of it and even though i was there for 90mins. I wish it was longer! Lovely massage by a lovely beauty therapist. Made me feel very relaxed. All staff are very pleasant. One major disappointment was the showers & the toilets. They are in urgent need of replacement. The shower I had was ice cold. The shower area was dingy looking & no shower gel. The toilets need updated too. No paper towels to dry hands, etc. The rest of the salon is nice but these areas really let it down. I would give the massage I had 5 stars but only rating this review 3 stars as the facilities need updated.

Natalie was excellent as were all the staff inclusive of reception. Nothing was too much hassle and complete in explaining where everywhere was. Getting the chance to have a sauna first was lovely and I basically had the whole spa area to myself as it was a quiet time. Had shoulder and back massage of Lynn today totally amazing .my muscles where so tight and painful and Lynn put extra pressure on affected areas to help .i could feel relieve when she was working on them . Staff are good at their job. However I don't like that the company have removed the reception staff especially when your in a room at the back. I have used Pure for years but when my block bookings run out I don't I'll be back.

The masseuse gave a great relaxing massage and went above and beyond her role in supporting my mother in law who has Parkisons and takes some time dressing ect. She gave her time and made her feel comfortable. Talented and professional. I would definitely recommend.

Izzy my therapist was fabulous. I was totally at ease and I loved my facial. Izzy was very knowledgable about the products and left me a card of recommendations also. I’d highly recommend her and I’ll definitely book with here again. One thing we did notice is that we didn’t get fresh orange at the end of the treatment as we’ve had before and there were no clean cups left at the hot water which was a shame as just takes the air of luxury away from the spa in general and we would have liked a herbal tea. A small issue overall and won’t put me off going back.

From the very first moment I felt welcome in the spa, which is really important for me as I can get quite shy especially for first times - as I never had anything done with my brows before (I had lashes tinted & brows tinted and waxed). The girl at the desk was super helpful and then Gemma was really bubbly and friendly too. She was informative, telling me what she’s doing as we went along so I didn’t feel clueless with my eyes closed for the treatment. She even helped with information about different packages which made me think about getting something different the next time. Gemma was very gentle, no discomfort of any kind. She considered my natural colours and shapes to get the best result, I am very happy with the results, will be back soon.

Excellent facial treatment from Jade. She was very friendly & courteous, & she also made suggestions for future treatments that would be of interest to me. The spa has a lovely relaxation area for before & after your treatment. Robes & flip flops are provided. Lockers are free of charge.

My facial was fantastic! The beauty therapist was very professional and knowledgable and was able to offer advice on treatments based on my needs. All the staff we met were warm and friendly too. If there is one point I’m unhappy about it’s the showers. They’re just awful. Poor water pressure, the handle can’t be adjusted so that it sits up above you and the shower cubicle just badly needs a revamp.

Amazing deep tissue massage from Izzy! Having just completed a marathon it was just what was required to ease off a stiff and achy body!! Cannot fault the treatment not service from Izzy in any way and would highly recommend her but I found the shrieking and overly loud laughter presumably from a group of other clients - very off putting .. a spa should be a tranquil and relaxing environment.

The reason I am awarding PURE with 3* is because I don't think the pedicure package 'Deluxe,' was particularly effective or relaxing....pretty basic in my opinion. I decided to pay more abit more for the 'Deluxe', thinking I would get a superior treatment, but I left feeling disappointed! I didn't like the products, and I didn't find them effective. I also don't think PURE spend enough time on your feet (filing, scrubbing and nails) and the massage literally last a few minutes....which is the best part. Sadly I won't be back.... Hugely over priced!
