Absolutely amazing service. Laura was brilliant, explained everything to make sure we made the decision that suited us the best. She spent the time to make sure we understood what she was doing and more importantly why she was doing the tests etc. Honestly she is an absolute credit to your business and her hard work and amazing customer service should be recognised. Went in here twice, first time to exchange a laptop for a macbook, Laura served me and was incredibly helpful and got it all sorted quickly and fairly. Then i went in because the charger was faulty, they wereso helpful, found my transaction on the sytem and ordered me a new charger. The second time i was served by Laura and Julie, both were increibly helpful and had amazing customer service.

The current financial climate has meant I needed to sell a personal piece of jewellery. It was a tough decision as I have previously pawned this item and been able to get it back. Absolutely love this shop.Always happy to let them convert my cash into brilliant bargain’s.Bought a 26 inch Panasonic tv last week for £60 and today I got myself a sound bar for it for £25 with the help of shop assistant (Ian A)who was very helpful and pleasant as are all the staff.So get along to cash converters Gloucester for some real bargains and great customer service.
