Fantastic service. We had a problem with underfloor heating that had been connected to our CH system. Luke identified the problem within an hour. Sent quote by email, ordered the parts and corrected the system so everything works ok. Very efficient, friendly guy who certainly knows his stuff and turns up when he says he will.

Just had to call Luke out as the water was luke warm. Not only did he phone me back within an hour of contacting him, Luke turned up two hours within me contacting him. Luke is always super busy and I'm amazed he fitted me in so quickly. Great job and we now have hot water again. Thank you so much!! Luke also fitted a new radiator. He gave such knowledgeable advice. Great price, honest, reliable, prompt and trust worthy. We had just brought a new house only to discover that the boiler wasn't producing hot water. We got quoted some utterly unreasonable prices up to £499.00. We found Luke on facebook. We called him and came out the next day and identified the problem, fixed the problem and gave us advice for the future maintenance of our boiler for only £90. Thank you Luke - you saved Christmas!!!

Our boiler was on its way out after British Gas repaired it twice in one week. We were due to get a new kitchen fitted so getting a new boiler installed beforehand was urgent because of the access. I phoned Luke and he visited on a Sunday for a survey. On Monday he gave me a very reasonable quote for the boiler purchase and work required. Overall the service provided was exceptional from start to finish. I would highly recommend.

What a delight to find an experienced local plumber with integrity. Luke services our unvented cylinder and boiler and I recently asked him to replace two pop up plugs as they no longer popped up. Luke advised that both pedestal sinks would have to be taken out to get to the plugs, which would add a lot of cost to a relatively small job. Luke offered to look around the plumber’s merchants to see if he could get replacement ‘pop up’s', which I hadn’t been able to find. Today Luke called round with the spare parts and fitted them in minutes – saving me money and solving the problem. Thank you Luke for great customer service.

Brilliant service. Our heating stopped working last night, we called LD first thing in the morning and LD were able to come out the same day. new pump was required and fitted very quickly and LD also set up our heating and boiler timing system. friendly and professional service at a great price. could not of asked for more.
