We were recommended Southgate and Roberts Funeral services following the sudden passing of my father in June. The kindness and care shown by Liam and his team was outstanding. The support & communications (from when we first met Liam and throughout all of the preparations) was unmatched; and their professionalism on the actual day gave my family great comfort and reassurance as we navigated this very difficult process. After our original floral vendor we selected let us down, Darren immediately helped to tailor our floral requirements with their own in-house florist; they were beautiful and we were very thankful they could help. I would highly recommend their services.

Our beloved Dad passed away very suddenly which left us in shock and grief stricken. I cannot thank Liam, Julian and the rest of the team enough for the wonderful send off they arranged for my father. Once dad was in their care we felt an immediate sense of comfort and relief knowing he was somewhere safe where he’d be well looked after before his funeral. Liam and Julian had an extremely warm and caring approach, which made mum and I feel at ease and supported during such a difficult time. They were on hand whenever we needed advice and guidance. Everything was arranged so efficiently by phone and then immediately confirmed by email that nothing was left to chance. I can not thank these lovely people for the fantastic 5 star care they gave to my grandad and all of us as a family, they were always there on the other end of the phone day and night answering questions, advising us and just being the caring guys they are, they showed so much respect to my grandad, he was in the best hands I could ever of wanted for him, Matt to went that extra mile with very personal touches that put our minds at rest that grandad was so very well looked after in their care, I really Cant express enough or even thank them both enough for all they have done, totally amazing men thanks x
