Stuart replaced our aging vented hot water cylinder with a new unvented cylinder, was fairly priced and did a really good job. I found Stuart to be so reliable and he also replied quickly to any questions I had. When in our house, he was extremely tidy and helpful too. Wouldn't hesitate to ask Stuart to undertake additional work we might need.

Absolutely magician of a plumber (sorry gas engineer) 🤣. Crazy how your heating is only a problem when it's not working... Stu turns his work into an art form, for anybody that appreciates great workmanship. If you want a genuine guy who's honest and gets the job done for a price that is cheap for the quality of work he leaves then I can completely recommend 👍. I will only be using stu and his company for any future work.

I rung stu while he was on holiday unbeknown to me and left him a voicemail message. He texted back and we had a text chat. Told him what I knew the problem was he gave me a price there and then.. British gas and another plumber were useless but stu was brilliant came out when we arranged with a replacement/ alternative part on time as we agreed.. Made what the others seem a mammoth job very easy and took an hour roughly. BRILLIANT.. Well worth the wait and effort with him100% reliable and honest and a great job 👏

Had Stuart in having found him though gas safe register, to do a service on a 2 year old boiler and fit a Halo thermostat. Impressed from the start that he used shoe covers before going upstairs to where boiler was, did what appeared to me a thorough job, pointed out respectfully various issues that appear to emanate from initial installation regretfully, hopefully he will be able to rectify. A very personable man too.

Phoned Stuart regarding a boiler problem. He couldn't answer straight away but he took it upon himself to get back to me shortly after without me having to keep trying over and over again. Discussed the problem over the phone initially and then arranged an appointment for him to carry out an inspection. Very good communication before attending and then when he arrived he was very punctual (in fact slightly early but phoned me beforehand to let me know he was on the way). Carried out the work professionally and thoroughly and explained things he was checking/servicing. Stuart will now be my regular contact for any boiler repairs or servicing needs. Always good to have someone you believe you can trust and rely on for things such as this.
