Been on this network for over a year and it’s never missed a beat. You can also get someone on the phone immediately 365 days a year if there are any issues. 1st class company.

Like many people in rural areas I did not have access to an Internet service to the level at which I needed for both work and as a home life-line - Boundless Networks' services enabled me to consume the content that would otherwise be unavailable to me - so I signed up around 7 years ago. But times have moved on. My area of the country does now have access to super-fast broadband. Have I moved away from Boundless Networks because of this? No. I get the service I need from BN, at a fantastic price. I no longer require a home telephone line - normally a prerequisite for broadband. So that's nearly a £20/month cost avoidance immediately. Also the broadband services are more cost effective than others on the market. Their technical support is great. I have had cause to contact BN on a couple of occasions to inquire why my service seemed slow, or because there was an outage. On one occasion it turned out that one of my machines was updating some software and doing some heavy downloads. Tech support helped point out what was going on. On another occasion I got a personal call back, on a Sunday night, to check if everything was okay again. So in summary, I'm very pleased with the service, and the people behind it.

We despaired of ever being able to have a speed higher than 0.4 ,which our existing supplier was incapable of supplying. Thankfully the engineers at Boundless came along promptly to survey our property, confirmed it could be done, and Hey Presto ! Shortly after we had a super new, fast service from Boundless. It's really reliable, no outages to speak of. But if we need technical help, a professional & knowledgeable tech engineer is just a phone call away . Promptly sorting us out with ease & patience.

Been with Boundless for over 9 years and had excellent service. Very recently had a failure where water had got into the cable from the antenna damaging the equipment. The support from Boundless to resolve the problem was very rapid. All the people I dealt with were very pleasant and very efficient. Excellent company to deal with and the product works very well, would highly recommend.

Since joining Boundless seven years ago, our broadband connection has been far more stable and reliable for two properties than it was via the phone line network. When needed, we've had excellent engineer backup too. Thank you Boundless!

I can now work from home and watch TV. As we're 4 miles from the nearest BT exchange and fibre isn't an option it's the only realistic option apart from satellite. Previously we got about 2.5MB with BT and no internet in high winds and heavy rain. I'm surprised by negative reviews on support as I've always got through fairly quickly to someone with good technical knowledge.

Boundless have continued to provide us with an excellent broadband and telephone service for many years. Despite not being within reach of a BT cable network, the Boundless system (with a small dish) works really well. Sufficient download speeds to allow multi device streaming

when it works it's great, after having rubbish broadband for years, we found this to be our only solution. The installation is a bit pricey but when we get the correct speed it works a treat. The downside is that when there's an issue they can be a bit slow to respond to it. I'm currently having problems with the speed keep dropping and so far I've waited 5 days for them to get back to me with a solution

What a blessing they are. Even with the best internet connection things go sometimes wrong. The great advantage with Boundless Networks is that you have a real person at the other end of the phone, somebody who will do her or his best to sort things. Always polite, always professional, a pleasure to deal with them as I have done for years now.

Can't fault the company. Great service and reliability. Speeds to die for when you used to get 2 meg from BT😴. We couldn't watch catch up TV because of constant buffering. Now, everything is possible. Great download allowance. Will never go back to BT - and when you speak to the staff at Boundless you get a civil, friendly and helpful response.

Had many years of poor internet speeds living in semi-rural area. Fibre cabinet less than 1 mile in either direction yet open reach have no intention of extending. Speeds less than 1Mbps with regular outages! Finally discovered Boundless, OK had to trim couple of trees to get line of sight but now get 10Mbps for cost less than BT/talktalk. Also able to upgrade to max 100 Mbps if required. Customer service and technical help have been very responsive and dealt with any issues. Would highly recommend switch if you have same issues and have line of sight for antenna.

The area we lived in we were struggling to get a reasonable internet connection through our phone line due to old lines and being so far away from the exchange, our speed was diabolical. Then Boundless Networks arrived into our area, everything changed and we joined the online world with remarkable internet speeds a wireless broadband could offer. If your internet speed is slow don’t hesitate to opt for Boundless Networks, their customer service is excellent and friendly. They inform you if there is going to be work in the area prior if it possibly effects your connection. Highly recommended

I have been a Boundless Networks customer, for many years now, having tried various other mainstream ISP's. Until I discovered Boundless, my internet service provision was slow and unreliable, largely because I live out in the countryside. When I had to resolve issues I had to liaise with support staff that were 'offshore', which often caused communication difficulties. With Boundless that all changed. Due to the microwave technology they employ to deliver cableless broadband to my home, speed is always excellent and highly reliable. On the rare occasion I have had to contact Boundless to sort an issue, normally because I want to change my requirements, I am pleasantly rewarded by being able to speak with a helpful, UK based member of the Boundless team, always quick to understand my problem and going the extra mile to find a resolution. By way of example, I recently bought a 2nd router to extend my area coverage into my detached garage. I thought connecting it up would be simple. How wrong I was. After many attempts to try to get it up and running, with the help of a very IT knowledgeable neighbour, all to no avail, I decided to call Boundless to see if they could help. I was put through to John Nicholson, an extremely helpful and friendly technical support member, who quickly grasped my issues and got the whole set up re-configured and up and running perfectly, all done remotely, within a few minutes. You can't get better service than that. It's why I've been with Boundless for years and why I wouldn't dream of changing my ISP provider now I've found Boundless. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Boundless is pretty much the only broadband provider in our area (middle of the Yorkshire Dales). Given the lack of competition in our area I was expecting a poor service - i.e. take what your given type approach. This could not be further from the truth, the original set up 4 years ago was very quick, any technical help has always been easy with regular updates, any outages (planned or unplanned) have always had good communications and the quality of internet is pretty much always consistently good. In fact due to the lockdown I increased my package to 50Mbps. All in all a good service and good value for money!

Living in a rural location has proved very challenging over the years to establish a good WIFI service. Its crucial to have a good service and many rural properties need a reliable WIFI to run a businesses along with their own persona lives. I have been very pleased with the Boundless Network as its extremely reliable, it allows my teenagers in the family to stream TV, Zoom their friends and as more and more of us are working from home without this service we would all find it impossible.

We started to use Boundless in 2012 when we moved to a village with no phone signal and very little wi-fi coverage. Since then, Boundless has been consistent in its availability and, when rare problems arise, they have dealt with them with speed and professionalism.

I'm so glad we found Boundless Networks. They were able to supply us with 100mb/s internet where ALL the other main suppliers could only supply 1mb/s. The service has been outstanding and every time I contacted the company they were prompt and polite.

Binned BT in favour out these guys. Ordering was easy, installation team arrived on time. Installation was quick and easy. Broadband is superb. If your in the middle of nowhere this is the best system.

For general viewing this service is fine. However if you watch a lot of live streaming it falls short. As the microwave signal doesn't give you a stable continuous speed. So you end up with a lot of buffering. So if you can get a fiber connection go for that. If not it's the next best thing.
