I read the reviews and chose Secure Gas 247 for a boiler service based on the high satisfaction of other customers . Rang Monday came Tuesday. Prompt and efficient . We also had a problem with intermittent hot water. Problem diagnosed. Fixed within half an hour. Service done ✅. So glad I have found a knowledgeable gas engineer who is friendly and gets the job done. Highly recommended! Edit . Needed another call out for a broken thermostat . Came, fixe, job done ✅

Fantastic service, fitted our new boiler and tested in around 3 hours. Came on the Thursday to see if our old boiler was repairable, unfortunately it wasn't, had the new boiler up and running the next day. Everything was explained as to why the old boiler wasn't repairable and our options were discussed for our new boiler. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a repair or new boiler.

We called Umar today (Sunday) as our boiler was making a strange noise, not thinking he would come out today, being Sunday. We just wanted to inform him plus it was our annual check time for the boiler. Within the hour he was round at our house checking the boiler & servicing it. I cannot believe that he actually came out today. Umar has been serving our boiler for a number of years . His service is first class and I would recommend him to anybody.
