Emily classes have been a fantastic help. Did the pregnancy yoga and HypnoBirthing with Emily even though labor was not what I planned. The breathing helped me control a situation that was out of my control and HypnoBirthing gave me a place to go and both helped me though labor. Still use the breathing and music now to help relax. We also done baby yoga and massage on zoom cause if the pandemic. Luke loved both classes and I was happy as there was no traveling and still got to meet some fantastic people who I still talk to know 7 months on. Would 110% recommend Emily at mammababy bliss she is fantastic

Pregnancy is pretty daunting but Emily helps you find ways of relaxing and techniques to help through pregnancy, labour and birth. The yoga classes are great and I would recommend it to anyone. Not only did it help keep me calm through birth but through going to the classes I have the best mum tribe which is also really important. Emily is professional and welcoming and has so much knowledge and experience and really cares about each individual.

Emily is lovely and creates a wonderful environment where pregnant ladies feel relaxed and comfortable. She's very knowledgeable and she will share her own experiences to help you deal with the every day challenges that come with pregnancy. She is passionate about what she does and her classes are a reflection of it. Emily’s pregnancy yoga class has been a fantastic experience. She is a wonderful teacher and so supportive not just in class but even if you just have a random question out of class! My pregnancy hasn’t been easy but taking part in the pregnancy yoga ran by emily was one of the best things I did. Emily has been so helpful, supportive and full of knowledge and the sessions were so relaxing and informative. My husband and I also did the birth prep workshop & it was amazing - plenty of hints & tips to use to make labour easier for both of us! I would definatley recommend one of her classes and am planning to complete baby massage once the little one arrives!

I would highly recommend Emily's MamaBabyBliss pregnancy yoga classes. I attended from around 24 weeks and enjoyed it so much I did two courses. Emily is very knowledgeable and encouraging. The classes are a good place to unwind and relax as well as to focus on techniques which I have found useful to deal with some of the discomforts that come along with pregnancy. I can't recommend the classes enough! Thanks Emily!

I highly recommend Emily’s classes, I’ve been to pregnancy yoga in both my pregnancies, it’s been so relaxing and she always has great advice. I took my son to baby yoga and booked my husband on daddy’s massage workshop with Emily too.

I started attending the classes at David Llyod, and loved having the chance to relax and learn some techniques to use in pregnancy and upcoming labour.
I've now joined the online classes, which have worked really well.
I've enjoyed creating a space at home to relax, whilst still benefiting from the advice in the group.
Emily is incredibly helpful with all manner of questions and worries. It has also been an absolute blessing getting to talk with other mums-to-be knowing they're all having similar experiences. It's definitely a safe and supportive space to share.
The class itself has been able to help with heartburn, pelvic girdle pain and reducing anxiety - incredibly helpful right now!

We met Emily at a Parenting event and attended her Pregnancy Couples course which was amazing and made my hubby and I feel like an empowered team who could take on our pregnancy and labour. We learnt incredible relaxation and birth techniques and met other couples.
After that, I attended Emily’s Pregnancy Yoga classes. These were relaxing, exercise classes that tied into my Hypnobirthing and positive birthing training perfectly.
I met a fantastic group of ladies and we’ve stayed in touch to form a support network.

I was at a Mothercare event where I met Emily from mamababybliss. I was really interested in going as well as my husband wanting me to go. I was kindly offered a free trail to one of her sessions and once I had been to the session, I straight away booked the next sessions and didn’t regret one bit, i always felt relaxed and slept better after each sessions. All the advice and information Emily gave in each sessions where all explained well and she would make you understand of why and how etc. Not only I was able to relax in yoga but was able to do the moves in the comfort of my own home whenever I needed to relax. I’m looking forward to using the advice and techniques when it’s my time to pop. Keep up the good work xxx
