Stephanie at Stepping Stones Financial Planning, and her team have been absolutely amazing. I had actually applied for a mortgage with another company who were going to charge me £2500 due to my credit history. I was introduced to Stephanie by an estate agent. Her team kept me updated on the application from the start, to me receiving my offer. If anyone thinks they have no choice but to approach companies who charge staggering rates because of adverse credit and they tell you that they are the only company who has every lender on their books, then think again. Not only did Stephanie get me a better interest rate with the same lender which the original broker found for me, but again she saved me a massive £2,000.
