Recently moved into a house with old warm air heating. Jamie came out and installed a full central heating system that works brilliantly. Tidy and very efficient when doing the job. Top class service from Jamie at Aqua heat. I was having issues with one of my radiators and needed the valve changing. Good communications prior to the booking and I still cant believe how quick and mess free Jamie sorted the issue. Its now reasuring to know i have a good plumbers number for any future needs. Jamie from aqua has been our goto plumber for a good few years now he’s always just a phone call away and turns up exactly when he says he will. He’s done jobs as little as checking our old gas fireplace was capped and safe when we moved house to replacing & fitting a new boiler. I’ve used this company several times now for boiler issues and the fitting of a new boiler. The most recent work was to have 3 radiators fitted in the living room. We received great service and honest information, as we were informed the radiators won’t be as warm as our current ones. This shows they had our best interests at heart. We got recommended jamie from aqua heat. We wanted to run two bathrooms, downstairs toilet and a kitchen tap for hot water with our options limited due to space. He recommended a vaillant 938 stored hot water combi boiler. Top quality work, reliable, honest and we will be using Jamie’s aqua heat going forward. He even adjusted the boilers setting lowering the gas consumption until we add an extension on with extra radiators, with gas prices rising we felt this was above and beyond, thanks.
