Fantastic service from Derek. Boiler failed over New Year and Derek was able to come straight out and take a look. The boiler was beyond economic repair so he managed to shift work around to prioritise us as we had no heating or hot water, and managed to get a new boiler installed ASAP. Fantastic service, competitive price and a great job done well.

Fantastic service from Derek. I had no water or heating. Came out straight away and moved jobs round in order to supply and fit a new boiler. Clean, tidy and very friendly. If you need any gas fitting/plumbing work doing can’t recommend Derek enough. 5 star service. 😊

Derek came to fit my brand new boiler today, after being constantly fobbed off by another plumbing company, who never seemed to fix the problem. He was efficient and had the job done swiftly even replacing bad pipe work that had been done by another meter fitter. Absolutely made up with the work and so happy to have everything up and running again after being let down time after time. Would highly recommend to anyone

Excellent service from this company. Rang at 14:00 to ask for a radiator to be fixed to the wall and Derek arrived before 16:00 to do the job. Very professional, tidy and very reasonable price. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again.
