I was completely blown away by how good this tour was. Very friendly Staff. Shaun who welcomed us was truly a delight explaining everything about the tour and what to do. Our tour guide Andy (I think his name is) was equally as polite and kind very patient and answered all question his very knowledgeable regarding Liverpool's rich history. I highly recommend a visit here. The gift shop staff where very helpful also.

Fantastic experience! After a lift to the 10th floor and then walking the final few flights of stairs to the very top of the Liver Building. Amazing views up and down the Mersey and over the city.
The 360 light show - in the clock room - was just brilliant. Don’t miss this trip!

Brilliant tour with loads of interesting information about Liverpool and Royal Liver building itself! Stunning 🤩 and touching light show inside right in the tower - great idea and definitely left a massive impression and added on the quality of the tour! A must see when in Liverpool! Great views of the city too! 👍👍👍

Highly recommended!! Real surprise find in our Liverpool trip, didn't plan for it but had 1-hour free. Great history of the building, immersive video at the top clock room and exceptional views at the top. It's a must do.

I would very much recommend this tour to anyone, unless you’re not great in your feet as the stairs can be a struggle, but providing you are reasonably fit and healthy you should be fine.
We were lucky that our tour was early on a BH Weekend meaning myself and my partner were the only people on it, so a personal tour!
The cinematics when inside the clock tower are great! As is the roof top experience.
Our guides were great, very knowledgeable - there really is some great history to the building.
The entrance to the tour is, as you look at the building from the front - it’s to the right side and just down some steps into the basement area. (See my pic)

Excellent tour with interesting historical perspectives and for-real 360 degree views of Liverpool. Knowledgeable tour guides make you feel welcome. They warn you about the vigorous stair climbing, but these are not so bad and will be easily manageable for most people. "Liverbirds" are famously thematic. Good value for money and well worth doing.

I was visiting Liverpool to record the city’s iconic sounds. On arrival I was warmly greeted by Andy on reception who took time to tell me all about the chimes and how they were now a recording. Because the recording was played quieter than usual on that day, I was invited up to the roof to make my recording. On the way up I had a peek at the exhibit which was fascinating! Can’t wait to go back with more time to enjoy it!

We travelled up from Bedfordshire for just 2 days so had to spend our time wisely. We picked a beautiful day to enjoy this attraction. Impulsive decision but so glad we went. Our tour guide Peter couldn’t have been more friendly, informative and welcoming. He is clearly very passionate about his job, the Royal Liver Building and Liverpool and it shone through. Me and my daughter thoroughly enjoyed the trip, and highly recommend to anyone who wants to learn more about this amazing building and see fantastic views over the city!

Booked this tour for our visit to Liverpool. I was expecting more stairs but it’s not too many and there’s a break in between. Our tour guide Andy was so enthusiastic and friendly, and made the tour so much fun. There is an interactive video projected which goes through Liverpool’s history. It was fantastic. Teenager in our group loved it too. Great for adults and kids alike. Views are spectacular
