BEST DECISION I EVER MADE!! Cannot explain how stiff my back and neck have been but Amit fixed it within 3 sessions! Have been back a few times whenever I've had issues and Amit has always been able to sort it out and recommend some good exercises and stretches to do. The stretches he has recommended to me have helped me progress so much more with my flexibility and stiffness. Hopefully soon i can attend some of the Yoga classes

I had suffered from chronic back pain for over 20 years and had tried every possible professional and treatment but nothing had worked . Over the years I had learnt to accept that the pain would always be there until I was repeated given the name of Amit by a few of my friends . Initially I was reluctant to go for another new consultation but one day when the pain was unbearable, I decided to make an appointment . To be honest I had very little expectation that anything positive would come from my consultation but I went along . Upon meeting Amit I felt very comfortable as he was very professional and knowledgeable . He went through my history and explained to me exactly what he felt was wrong and how he proposed to treat my back and how many treatments he felt I needed . At all times there was full transparency with what he was doing and I felt extremely comfortable and was immediately able to place my trust in him . After the very first treatment I felt that 2 large boulders had been lifted from my shoulders and after each treatment my back felt noticeably better and much stronger . In total I had about 10 treatments and can honestly say that he has given me a new lease of life and consulting him was the best decision I have ever taken . I have since recommended Amit to many people, all of who have been delighted with his results . I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Amit and assure you that you will not be disappointed with him .

I first visited Absolute-Vitality 6 years ago, from a friends recommendation. I was in a lot of pain and couldn’t walk properly, with suspected early onset of arthritis. With trepidation I payed a visit and after a quick overview of my body Amit diagnosed that my pelvis bone was twisted and slightly dislocated and my spine totally unaligned. After 20 minutes of cracking my bones and manipulating my muscles, I skipped out of the office pain free and I’ve been back regularly ever since when I'm feeling out. I have a stressful job and always build at lot of tension in my shoulders and neck, which Amit relieves for me instantly. I can not recommend Absolute-Vitality enough!!

I suffered from lower back pain for over a year, i was recommended Amit from a colleague and well he’s definitely what you could say “it’s all cracked up to be”. The first appointment after visiting him, I was in sever pain, however I believe my body was not use to the re alignment and when I saw Amit again, I’m glad I was “back”. After my third appointment I don’t feel any pain, and can continue with my every day activities. I’m so glad I saw him! I use to be against chiropractors, however I now stand corrected.

When I turn up to see Amit for treatment, it's usually because I've caused an injury from work or the gym! I know I'm in good hands, and even though Amit puts me in More pain while fixing the and laughs at the same time (while looking at himself in the mirror) The pains either starts to ease off or disappears and I'm amazed! Amit has the ability to even find other niggles which are then corrected! I highly recommend Amit for is Osteopath services and hopefully I won't have to go back as often as I have been...but I know he's there to fix me up when need be!

Highly recommend Amit for any Osteo care you need. Be warned, his sessions are short and intense, he will hurt you! On a pain scale of 1-10 I usual start at 11 however this does come down to about 2 by the time he's finished. I first went to him for my stiff shoulders. He was checking my hip and asked if I'd ever had a problem? I mentioned a niggling pain I'd had for several years, it always just came and went (I'd just learnt to live with it), after that one session I've not had the pain again!!! Shoulder still plays up but that's down to pour posture. I usually see Amit once every three or four months for an MOT! I also highly recommend his Osteoflex classes, they are amazing!!!

Amit came highly recomended as I had suffered with bad back and regular migraine headaches. I saw him first when I was told the only option I had was back surgery as I was struggling to 2 walk. I saw Amit ladt year for 3 to 4 secessions and he seems to have given me a new back and migraine head aches seems to be a history. Amit is a miracle worker! He has helped me with jaw, neck, chest and back pain and 5 years ago also helped with an ankle injury. Has helped me with chronic pain and reduced my need for strong painkillers that damage your insides! Highly recommended
