A very nice spa in the heart of London - my friend and I had massages this morning and loved every minute. Our masseuses were excellent and very professional. After the massages we spent some time in the jacuzzi which we had to ourselves as not too busy which was nice. Atmosphere was calm and comfortable, just what you'd expect. The only thing that I did miss was the ability to shower properly - the changing rooms are tiny and cramped with no private shower to wash body/hair before going on your way (there is a hot shower to rinse yourself in the public spa area but not a place to wash). Thank you for a very enjoyable morning, we hope to be back soon.

I used a Groupon deal that someone bought me as a gift, which was for spa access and a 30-minute massage. I opted for a hot stone massage. The person doing my massage was friendly and professional and made me feel at ease. The massage itself was very good. The room was relaxing with dimmed lights and music playing throughout the massage. There is a jacuzzi which can fit approx 4 people comfortably, a very hot sauna, and a nicely scented stream room. I liked the size of the jacuzzi as I wouldn't want to share with too many people at once! I went on a Saturday morning which is one of the busiest times and there wasn't a queue for the jacuzzi or any of the other facilities, so I think that access is handled well. Inside the sauna there was a sand timer on the wall which I haven't seen at every spa I've been to, but is a week necessity for ensuring you haven't been in there for too long. There was an outdoor rinse off shower next to the jacuzzi, and another main shower inside the bathroom next to the jacuzzi, which had nice thick tissue inside, shower gel and shampoo. All facilities were nice and clean. A towel was provided free of charge, slippers and a robe for an additional cost. There was a jug of water garnished with fresh fruit slices, which was frequently topped up. There were also apples available. Reception were very helpful throughout the day. By the time I left I felt great, I would definitely return.

This place is small but we had a lovely time. The changing room was a bit cramped with 3 of us and another lady getting changed but the massage was fab! We all had 30 min hot stone massage by three different therapists and all really enjoyed it. The sauna and steam room were very good and the jacuzzi was nice. We did struggle with the shower but that added some laughs! All in all its not a top class place but it's nice, the staff were all friendly and we found the treatments very relaxing.

A really relaxing spa. My wife and I both had a 30 minute Swedish massage and it was really good and very relaxing. The spa itself is a little small and cramped (men’s changing room is only big enough for 2 people max) and there is not much privicy as the reception is right night next to sauna, steam room. However, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful and that certainly makes up for it. We had a lovely time and if it wasn’t for how small it was I would have given 5 stars. Would recommend for the massage! Brilliant!

Amazing place, great treatment exfoliation and massage. Great hot tub. Lovely prosecco. The layout is a bit awkward as you have to wait for treatment at reception in your towel and go in and out of sauna and steam room right past fully clothed people. Also the changing room is absolutely tiny so i recommend changing in the female toilet as you might have more space at busy times. But the service was great and staff were helpful, just a shame that the spa area was not laid out better.

I have visited Beauty and Melody SPA two weeks ago to get my nails done and they are still perfect! The staff are very professional and they use specific and quality products to prepare the nails to the treatment and to make them shine afterwards. I am totally satisfied with the experience and furthermore the location is superb! The environment is extremely relaxing so even getting your nails done is an unwinding experience. I will be back!

Prior to visiting the spa I read a lot of reviews that really put me off. A lot of people are saying it's very small which is it but if you check the photos before then you cannot really complain. It was small but it wasn't an issue and I knew to expect that. All the staff were really friendly. The massage was really nice. It was probably one of the most relaxing days I've ever had. I felt so refreshed and rejuvenated. I would definitely return again.

I offered a Groupon massage for my friend and myself. We needed more than a month to book for a weekend. But it was fine a Sunday as it was not too busy and we were able to navigate between the jacuzzi/spa/hammam without feeling crowded. We went for the hot stones massages which was lovely and new experience. We really enjoyed it. The female changing room was small as said on previous comment but the staff were attentive enough to propose is a' hairdryer. It was not obvious that we had some bottle of water for free (we finally spot it after watching other people with some) and the tea was not available apparently. Otherwise it was nice experience and we will be happy to do it again.

Had a wonderful morning here with my partner, very welcoming receptionists and the masseurs were so lovely and did a great job! The spa is slightly small but it’s more cosy and creates a relaxing atmosphere. We will definitely be returning ☺️

Used this spa as part of a Groupon offer and did enjoyed the experience (with my sister), however, it needs noted that this spa is very small and thus can feel a little cramped once customers arrive and use the facilities. It's located in the basement of the Piccadilly Hotel. The massage I received was lovely; my sister found the Hot tub unfortunately set at too hot and there was no hairdryer in the female changing room, which was also very small. Staff were lovely tough and helpful and water, herbal teas and fresh fruit on offer during the stay.

I took my two besties here for a lovely Swedish massage as birthday treats after a lovely al-fresco lunch in The Petersham and can I just say the message was heaven-sent and we all agreed!! On top of this the therapists, receptionist and entire spa were super friendly and made the experience even more enjoyable! We got a deal through Groupon, but this didn't compromise the service which I have had in the past. Really impressed. Only downside was that it was hard to find as I didn't realise it was inside the hotel, but this was my bad as they did note this on the website, but one bit that spoilt it a little is that the spa rooms are near the jacuzzi so you can hear guests a little but the massage was so relaxing I got over it. The spa is small but it is well equipped with two saunas and a jacuzzi as well as a gym and therapy rooms. Overall: clean, tidy, friendly and AMAZING massage! Thoroughly recommended!! And for the price 5/5

The therapists are good, Gabrielle was great for the hot stone massage. It is very small though so you can hear other customers in the Jacuzzi talking while you have your treatment, not the most relaxing. It's ok provided it's not busy.

Really nice time at the spa.. Small but great for spending a few hours relaxing. Ladies changing area was very small but we managed with five of us in there, it just got a bit warm and not quite enough mirror space. It seemed there was no locker space for men which might be a problem. Thanks for a lovely afternoon!

Had the most relaxing 30 minute massage. Liked how they have a sauna, steamroom, jacuzzi and tropical shower in close proximity to each other. Didn't realise how small it would be though and the facilities became quite full quite quickly - we arrived at 11. However I would definitely go back and the staff were all fantastic and couldn't do enough to help.

I bought a Groupon voucher for me and my boyfriend on Saturday for the next day. Staff at the reception has been really helpful over the phone to answer to any of my queries. The SPA is much smaller than you expect which explains the low price. It was not very relaxing as the reception and the staff are just next to the Spa facilities, there's no much privacy as it should be in a SPA. I would highly suggest to put a separate wall between the reception and the actual SPA. Overall, massage was ok and staff really courteous.

I had a massage done by Cosmin and it was by far the best massage I have ever received. I have a lot of knots in my back making massages very uncomfortable. Cosmin was able to working on my back in such a way that I was not uncomfortable at all. It was the first time I actually enjoyed a massage.

We wen to Beauty and Melody spa with my friend, we were extremely happy with the service, massage, environment, friendly staff, very clean spa, we used Jacuzzi, steam room, sauna were very clean. Staff made us feel very welcome at all times we have been treated well offered refreshments time to time during our visit, we would definitely go back and we would recommend this place to others who would like to experience a great spa day, you wont regret it :)

I came to Beauty & Melody today for a Shellac manicure - I was late due to public transport issues but the staff couldn’t have been kinder and more welcoming, changing my appointment time to accommodate me despite it being such a busy time of year. Daisy did a fantastic job with my rubbish short nails, they look lovely and she was really quick and professional. Thank you so much to all at Beauty & Melody, I am a very happy customer! :)

Small beauty salon in a hotel. Had express pedicure experience with Groupon voucher. The service is quick and perfect! Would love to come back for the full service. Please be aware that the mani/pedi chair is right next to the reception. If you need privacy while have the treatment then this is not the place for you.

Place was smaller than imagined but really cosy and quiet if you want a catch up with a friend or having a date night with loved one. Staff was really nice and supportive. However, massage was not the greatest and prices do seem rather high for what you get.

Lovely friendly staff, who were very considerate when I was late for my shellac manicure appointment due to being held up at Waterloo station by a fire alarm in the station, and rearranged my appointment with ease. My shellac manicure looked great, and it was so relaxing to get my nails done in a relaxing spa environment rather than a busy nail salon.

Look for a voucher on Groupon or Wowcher before considering using this spa, it's extremely over priced and very small, the quality and service was still OK but not what you expect from a grand hotel.
