I was introduced to bumper at the dealership that I put my daughters car in for a service. Unfortunately her car needed a full service and being a student didn't have the funds to pay (after loosing her part time job due to Covid). I liked the opportunity to be able to spread the payments over 3 equal interest free payments. The process was easy to set up, the guys in the dealership did the paperwork. Bumper send a reminder of when your next payment is due. I would recommend bumper to anyone and I'd definitely use them again if I have a large bill to pay.

Wasn't sure at first as I'd never heard of them but I am so glad I used them. Very easy to set up. I had my car fixed at a main dealer and spread the cost over 4 months. Very pleased that I’ve found Bumper to allow me to spread the cost of my car repairs. Cars are a luxury, so to maintain that luxury, they need to be kept well maintained. With Bumper, I can do this as although main dealerships are more in cost than your maybe, local small repair place, it’s getting work done from the cars manufacturer which is important. It was ease to apply, decision within seconds, and that was it, good to carry forward with my repairs, spreading it over 3,6 or 9 months, whichever was my preference. Thank you Bumper!

Fantastic way to pay for car repairs and so easy to sign up with affordable options. My car bill was just under £500 and I was able to choose to pay it interest free over 6 months (other options are available) great when you get a scarey bill. You get an email reminder that payment will be taken 3 days in advance which was great I would highly recommend bumper and will definitely use it again ☺️

Really love Bumper, couldn’t be made any more easier! I had a oil leek and wasn’t sure how much it would cost so booked my Audi A1 into the Audi garage and applied for the bumper. To be honest we'd never heard of Bumper but when our car needed repairs & new tyres that we couldn't afford in one payment it came to the rescue. The option of different payment terms is very helpful if you're on a low budget. We managed to get everything done to our car and pay it over 3 months (there are longer payment terms) and every month we got a reminder email so didn't forget about it and also an email after payment was made showing our balance and a list of payments made. Absolute great idea and meant we didn't have to borrow money or not get the car repaired. Would 100% recommend using this service.

Was introduced to Bumper by Alan Day when I had unexpected car repairs, the service was quite east to set up, and the opportunity to pay my car repair bill in instalments was really convenient as it was so close to Christmas, Bumper took three payment December, January & February it meant I did not have to worry about paying a large sum of money at once. Would recommend this method especially if you experience unexpected expenses. 5 Stars.

It is good that you can spread a big cost wich you may not afford to pay in one lump. Almost missed a payment once, but customer service helped me sort it out. I've made about 3 purchases with them and all went smooth. Don't know what happens if you actually miss a payment, but try and don't miss any.

Amazing! There was an issue with my wheel on my car, believe that the dust shield came loose. It grind for a day or 2 before I managed to book it into VW for an inspection. I knew that it might of caused some damage and panic as this was just before Christmas. Was introduced to Bumper via the Volvo dealer in Edinburgh as the repair bill for my vehicle was quite excessive and what a find it turned out to be. I took the payment over 9 months but settled the bill 2 months in. A second repair, although considerably less, I also paid through Bumper however for a shorter period. I can not recommend bumper highly enough for major car repair payments, and with no interest to be paid it really is a no brainer. A great recommendation by the Volvo dealer without a doubt.

I had not previously heard of Bumper and had to research them, but MB offered me the chance to pay the rather large serve A on finance at 0%, I thought absolutely. MB sent me a link and I set it up with my bank. I even rang or wrote to Bumper, to clarify a few points. They were very responsive and made it very clear. I made one payment and set 3x others over three months, I get a text and email each time the transaction goes through and a statement of account. I can’t fault this company five stars. I had not been looking forward to the £700 service costs. Bumper took the sting out. Work with them!

Completely new way of paying for servicing and repairs. My beloved Mini Cooper S needed a few things done and it was recommended by my local mini centre to get my tyres replaced as I had done a fair bit of mileage and I knew they didn’t have long. But it’s having that money in one go, or the thought of the next payday getting wiped out with car related things that usually sets me off and I have to assess what is a priority. The usual wonderful team at Sytner Mini Cardiff then recommended this new way of paying in instalments with zero interest…my first thought, where’s the catch? But there isn’t one.. simply agree what you want covered (I threw in the tyres and brakepads so it all just got done in one day), they put it through the system, once approved you get a schedule of payments and you can decide if affordable. I did, signed and boom.. a direct debit is taken out each month after payday, nicely spread over 6months so I don’t really notice it so much, the servicing was completed to the usual highest specification, no faff with trying to save the odd £20 by shopping around and the peace of mind that the work is being done by my garage of choice. An email is received after each payment is made letting you know how many more are to go and that’s it. Truly wonderful and effective facility, can’t believe it hasn’t been offered to customers before!!

Bumper was a revelation to me in the motor industry! Normally its a little daunting when getting unscheduled work carried out on either of my BMW cars. Lets face it, they are expensive cars to repair when items fail. The last repair which i was introduced to Bumper finance was for an unexpected and un-budgeted replacement of the EGR valve. over £550. Nice to be able to afford this is bite sized chunks. Next big works or major service, I'll ask for Bumper again, without hesitation.
