We booked a cousins spa outing, we had a great experience. We went on the 1st December and it was pretty quiet, we had the whole spa room (four tropical showers, steam room and sauna) for ourselves until we moved to the lounge area. We had places to sit and the part where you relax and lie down had heating on so it was super relaxing!! We are already planning to go there again - let’s hope the experience stays the same. I would highly HIGHLY recommend the Life Saving Back massage from Daria, it was so good, she worked on all my knots!

Before 2 years was much better. I being member for 4 years there and enjoyed much But now with new owner is ridiculous - only access to tiny gym tiny sauna and destroyed showers and relax room no longer inculed in membership either. No worth take membership only for this.

Booked the urban retreat option including a 30 min treatment was a Swedish back massage. Definitely one of the better massages I've had. Great pressure, great wide table, they turn down the lights and put a roll under your feet for comfort. Best part was the hot towel at the end. That was bliss. So hats off to Sanda.
Other facilities are mixed sex steam and sauna which are standard. Plus 4 "experience showers" which are glorified showers. The relaxation room has 6 hot stone loungers which were sooo good. Plus water, tea, fruit available.
So, no pool or Jacuzzi which I knew beforehand. Also, the women's changing room is small with only one private room to change in that fits 2-3 people. There is a hair dryer and even straighteners which I thought was a nice touch.
Afternoon tea is not very good. Sandwiches that were drying out. Scone that crumbled to pieces upon cutting..
Lovely view from the mezzanine restaurant though.

Excellent massage which I booked for 1 hour, parking can be a pain but the concierge let me park directly outside for free which was a nice touch, spa facilities are very good and priced well compared to other London hotels. The relaxation room is nice but I probably wouldn't have got anywhere to sit had I come on a weekend. Overall value for money in my opinion.

Amazing massage. Wish it was longer than an hour.
Does get kind of busy in the sauna and steam room and the relaxing room but it's okay.
The sandwiches you get when getting the tea resturant options are amazing. Especially the salmon.

Pretty good for the price.
I’d say is the best day spa option in the Docklands.
Do wish they had a pool/spa.
We had a very nice afternoon tea in the restaurant downstairs.
Whole spa is on 1 Level step-free with lift access to the floor.

The spa is small is true but is the most wonderful relaxing spa. Amazing staff and treatment rooms. Clean and welcoming. Definitely will become a fave.
