Having suffered with lower back pain for years, I am both relieved and grateful to have found Fiona! Of the many specialists that l have seen, Fiona has been the only one to make a real difference. She quickly assessed and diagnosed the root of the problem as being with my hip and through a combination of excellent treatment, positive encouragement and bespoke exercises, there is now light at the end of the tunnel.
If you are looking for an experienced practitioner with a warm, holistic approach, who treats the whole person rather than just a set of symptoms, I can highly recommend Fiona.

Fiona can always immediately see what my back and neck needs and gently and kindly restores it to its proper self! Friendly, caring and offering good advice for actions in between sessions, plus very COVID safe in the way she runs her clinic, I highly recommend Fiona as an Osteopath.

Very knowledgeable and recommended some some excellent products to use, I had been getting persistent acne and did not know why, after taking an intolerance test with Fiona it was discovered that I had a bad dairy intolerance which was showing in my skin and joints, Fiona went above and beyond and recommended me some excellent supplements I no longer have bloating or acne and she made me feel very comfortable from start to Finnish and I would fully recoment her services . Thanks Fiona!

Fiona is a brilliant osteopath who truly cares about the person she is treating. She has so far treated me for a knee flareup and also neck problems which have probably contributed to a tinnitus which I acquired recently. With gentle manipulation and exercises that's now gone. She has also recommended meditation which I have taken up and which helps with relaxation.
I would not hesitate to recommend Fiona.

I came to Fiona 5 months ago with acute shoulder and back pain. She immediately gave me confidence that I would improve and, after a couple of months of treatment I felt 100% better. I regularly see Fiona, and with her treatment and recommended exercises, I've continued to feel so much better. I highly recommend Fiona.

I thought I had done some serious damage to my shoulder with a sport injury and Fiona has really helped. Following a few sessions combined with changing my posture while working along with stretches and strengthening exercises my shoulder feels much better and my posture is vastly improved. Thank you so much, Rob

I’ve been seeing Fiona for several years dealing with lots of different issues and injuries. Each time I’ve found her treatment to be of the highest standard which always remedies the problem that I have. I can 100% recommend Fiona. Many of my friends and colleagues have also used her services and have all reported a very positive and professional experience. After having tried various chiropractors in the city I can certainly say that Fiona is the best.

I have been treated regularly by Fiona for about 7 years at the time of writing. She came highly recommended by a colleague when I was experiencing what I thought might be work-related RSI. I could barely move my head, so I feared that I may have to change career and think about giving up driving. Fiona alleviated my fears during our initial consultation & had me back to my normal self within two treatments (plus some home exercises that she gave me to do inbetween).
Personally, I choose to see her every 6-8 weeks for a ‘tune up’, but Fiona will schedule appointments for each patient based on their individual need for treatment. She is an ethical practitioner & it is really not her style to encourage more visits than necessary just to line her own pockets. Although she is very professional in her approach, Fiona has a genuine interest in her patients’ lives & well-being and creates a friendly & relaxed atmosphere, which is crucial if you are going to be undressing in front of somebody. I have body confidence issues myself but I have always felt comfortable around Fiona.
Although I see her primarily for osteopathy, I have also benefitted from Fiona’s skills & knowledge as a naturopath and her background in nursing. We have had many useful conversations about gut digestion, healthy eating & exercise and Fiona also conducted allergy testing during one of our sessions.
In my profession, physical aches & pains are an occupational hazard, so I regularly mention Fiona’s name to colleagues experiencing neck, shoulder & back pain. Similarly, I would recommend her services to anyone in need of an osteopath or naturopath.

I have been visiting Fiona for over 7 years, before this she treated my mum. She’s professional, friendly and personable. Despite my impatience with things, she always manages to keep me on track and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her. Thank you for all your work over the years!

I cannot recommend Fiona as an osteopath highly enough. Her treatment room is clean and calm and Fiona has a great way of making you feel relaxed during treatment. She has been extremely helpful to me throughout a long standing back problem, always willing to fit me in for an appointment if needs be or organising scans or introductions to a surgeon (both of which I needed). She gives tips on stretches and strategies to help deal with whatever problem you have.
