I did use them once many years ago and experience was very professional so I keep using them regularly now. Very good service, Cliff is a top man, some glazing done while you wait; otherwise reasonable collection dates are agreed. They also are willing to deliver. Toughened, laminated, clear, tinted, splash-backs they have it all ! Thanks again

thanks for your support in helping me reglaze some tricky and eccentric boat portholes. always loved the service and welcome here so I chose this place despite being moored a fair distance away and was not disappointed :) recommended to fellow boaters and DIY / lay people as well some places can be a bit intimidating if you don't know the terminology etc but here you'll always get friendly service and advice.

Took a while for the order to come thru, then once it did, one of the two panes was broken. Workman had to be rebooked, based on the time estimate I was given. Replacement was made but not in time. No answer to a request for a further estimate re. completion time. Basically supplied too late for the work to be done, leaving us with a hole where the previous window was. Workman had to be rebooked for a third time but not available for a few days. Bit of a shambles really... Quality of the work is good, when we finally received it. Communication not good. Time estimates inaccurate.

Stayed open 30mins after they officially closed for the day to help me out. Cut the pane of glass while I waited, saved me a small fortune had I had to call a glazier out. Will definately use them again. Highly recommended.

Had a bathroom mirror made to order and fitted. Great service both from the office staff and the glazier, who came to measure up as well as fitting it.
