It’s fabulous to have this service here at Canary Wharf, and it’s so user friendly and time efficient due to how it works etc.. I can see myself becoming addicted to the cryo therapy due to All it’s overall benefits on the body, and the fact it’s quick to do! Dry hydro massage is also a fabulous experience, particularly with the light therapy. I highly recommend this place, for both of the services it offers. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Very professional, pleasant and overall amazing cryotherapy experience. The salon is very new and super cozy, the water bed massage is absolutely incredible and the cryo chamber is beyond invigorating. Your outfit is waiting for you when you enter and you have your own choice of music to play while freezing. Staff are super knowledgable and friendly. Reccomend it to anyone who is advanced in cryo or just curious - you will love it!!

I have been to Le Chalet Cryo multiple times for different reasons wether it be cryotherapy after training or dry hydro massage when I’m feeling tired and I always have the greatest experience the clinic it’s self is beautiful the, treatments are great but the biggest thing is the customer service, Niesha, Suki, Dan and Chris are so welcoming helpful and friendly.. if Your looking for a great all round experience this is the place to go!!
