Swapped from Giff-Gaff on payg as price was better. However it should make clearer that the 100 international minutes do NOT include customer service lines/mobile phones.

I ordered the Lebara SIM on the weekend and it arrived Tuesday, worked straightaway
In fact everything worked perfectly, including the number port
I get 3GB data, unlimited calls and SMS, roaming and 100 intl minutes for £4.95 a month and great signal from my home.
I ordered it for my wife as well and then noticed Lebara doesn't support wifi calling (my phone doesn't either). Since she has an iphone 8 we decided to renew with Vodafone on a special deal if you request a PAC, so she can keep wifi calling
I phoned Lebara to cancel her deal and they refunded the initial payment

Lebara provides a really outstanding service. Not only is it unequalled in providing overseas minutes as part of the package the actual packages are cheap and great value for money and it is so easy to order a SIM (no credit checks) and cancel a SIM. I spoke to Pinky today to cancel a SIM and she was so professional I mean really efficient cancelled straight away explaining everything that was relevant to me but without any hassle at all. Pinky is an outstanding ambassador for Lebara and Lebara are a sterling SIM only provider miles ahead of the competition

I'd searched for the best value SIM only plan and the Lebara £6.99 3GB monthly plan was definitely the best for my requirements. I'd read a few bad reviews re: poor customer service but decided to go ahead with it anyway.
I recently arrived in Budapest, Hungary, and my 4G dropped out! I was unable to make calls,u send SMS or use data. I called the Customer Service number from another phone and was pleasantly surprised to be connected within 2 minutes and even happier when the customer service representative talked me through the necessary steps to reconnect to the network - it was fairly technical so I can't explain it properly but it worked!
I am so happy that I'm able to use my phone in Europe and very impressed with the excellent and very professional help I received!

Absolutely no complaints, and they are extremely cheap. All routine servicing can be done easily online, pricing is clear. When I tried to use the call-centre it was closed due to the pandemic, but I was able to contact support via webchat to port my phone number. Speed is excellent and apparently unthrottled.

He was very honest to tell me that Libara Sim does not work in any smart watch which slightly saddened me BUT also bearing in mind that the service that I have received from Libara out weighs this short fall however I would strongly recommend that Libara looks into this short fall

Transferring number over and was asked to write feedback which is a bit odd as I’m a new customer and have not acquired an opinion yet.
The process to transfer the number was simple and supplied with the new SIM card. However when ringing the automated number, instructions of “press 2 to register you number” pressing 2 would keep repeating the same menu so I just spoke to an agent to get sorted.
My experience so far has been good and the reason for changing was the price was decent and the network coverage is from Vodafone which has better coverage of my home.
I will update star rating when I’ve been with them for a period of time.

I damaged the SIM card and it was necessary to restore the previous number. Surprisingly, it turned out to be easier than I thought. You just need to wait a bit for your turn (I'm not the only one).
You don’t have to think how to explain your problem. Just choose the answer. Then you specify the details with the operator. Excellent service and minimal nervous system costs. Generally highly recommend. Very friendly service.

Ordered a SIM card from Lebara.co.uk which never arrived! Money was deducted from my account and customer service representatives lied that the SIM card has been dispatched and will arrive on so & so date. After 3-4 days of calling I was finally told there was a problem with the order and the SIM was infact never dispatched. Wasted a week waiting for a SIM card that doesn't exist.
Editing my review as Lebara have very kindly sorted this issue out for me and organized a replacement SIM with preloaded credit as an apology. Thanks very much to John-Paul Patten (Operations director @ Lebara)

I highly recommend Lebara for small businesses that are starting out. I use Vodafone for my personal use but when you run on budgets as new small business you need to take the cheapest deals. Lebara (who use the Vodafone network) offer unlimited minutes, texts and 2GB data for just £5 per month. This deal cannot be beaten!

Brillant service, sim came next day even to n.ireland, BT mobile sim after 6 days has still not arrived so giving lebara a go as tariff is more competitive than BT and only 30 days contract and £10 bonus for porting number over! Initially I was having difficulty with adding the bundle of my choice. It wouldn't let me get the 6 gig and ultd texts and calls option unless I linked a debit card or PayPal account. I called and was connected to a very unhelpful employee who didn't have the patience or time to see my call and request through to the finish. His name was Ashwin.
I then called again and finally a really good guy called Absil facilitated my purchase and increased the data to 8gb. It is well worth the time and effort to call the representatives directly and as a network and a provider ok can't fault them or say anything negative. If you do also encounter a unhelpful member of staff like Ashwin. Don't get upset or lose faith. They are generally polite and professional for the most part. Thank you Lebara

I needed to get my Stac sorted but apparently if you get sim only you can not get Lebara to sort it, they can only do a stac if you take out a contract with them. This was explained to me by Nisha a patient lady, so I had to go and change my stac code to a pac code. I was asked a few security Questions then Nisha sorted it for me, I did this on Saturday afternoon she said it will transfer on Tuesday I was very pleased with the customer care. I was guided through the process very patiently, thank you. I had to contact Lebara again today I lost my phone as my porting was going through, I spoke to Iqbal, I gave him my details then waited 25 mins with no reply I messaged him a few times and got no reply not happy. I had to start again this time got through to Nitisha she was superb sorted my problems for me, Nitisha was very courteous and helpful she deserves a pay rise, and if possible can Lebara second her to Virgin Media to show them how customer care should be done. So thank you for sorting my self made problems you are ace.

A really great network offering 4G coverage on Vodafone UK. Great value Sim Only plans that auto-renew easily on one's chosen card, so all the benefits of a contract without being tied down to one. Easy to use online account. An added bonus is some international minutes should you need to call friends abroad the old-fashioned way (I.e. not on VOIP). Would be nice to see Volte and wifi calling services added some day soon.

Easy to topup, not outrageous rates when you need to call Nederlands, Malta, Ukraine, Thailand, Greece, Nigeria from the UK so get a fair OK from me. Just wish there was an easier way to get a conversation with a real person, but that adds to their - and your - costs. So, crunch the biscuit as it comes.

Hi, I had used Lebara sim in london and Scotland , Inverness , i had family of four, and we all use extensively cell phone everyday for business and family communication Lebara has very cheap caling rates to India and other part of Asia. . So I had bought 4 sim. It was great experience to use, with in uk Lebara to Lebara was free and when we use international call, i.e. India and other countries in Asia wash quiet cheap, only the thing I must mention, don't use Internet , that might cost you a lot. Any way in Uk everywhere you have free Wifi, so you don't need Internet data to activet. We never faced any difficulty to network conection, it was very clear voice, even in Scotland high on mountains, and in the train .before traveling I realy had to work hard to find out which company sim to choos, also I read reviews , there were many negative reviews of Lebara , but I still choosed Lebara , bec twice I had used in swisserland and it was my good expernce that time also this time I had very good expernce , strongly recommending to Indians , and Pakistanis and Bangladeshi and afaghnis and other Asians .

I switched from Vodafone UK to Lebara UK using Uswitch and I got a better contract for a third of the price. Once I placed my order the new sim arrived the following day. I called Lebara from the new sim and gave them my PAC number and less than 24 hours later my old number had been transferred and worked correctly on the new sim. The person I spoke to at Lebara UK was really friendly and helpful.
Also, the Lebara UK website is so much better than the Vodafone UK. It is clean, crisp and clearly shows all my call, data usage and payment options.
So far the network service has be brilliant. Calls seem clearer and so far I have had coverage wherever I have been.
