A nice thing to do in London. If the windows were clean it would be easier to get a nice picture. There was no que at all. Everything was very easy. You can only pay with credit card.

The walk alongside the river and the Giant wheel makes me feel awesome. Having sailboats, cruises, blue sky, sunlight , Millennium wheel at the south bank of river Thames.... What else do you need for a perfect sunny day. The best public transport tube station is Westminster with a short walking distance of 5 minutes.

Attractive way of sailing along River Thames. All big city iconic places can viewed from the river. It best to visit during summer time or when the weather is less colder because on the open top dec is chilly during colder weather so warm clothing is essential. The entire journey back & forth from London Eye to Tower pier is 40 minutes Due to the pandemic social distancing & face masks are compulsory throughout the journey. Very nice onboard commentary. Fred was fantastic with his job who entertained us & passed some useful information about iconic buildings along River Thames

Reasonable queue times and probably the best view across town you will find. The capsule we were in was beautifully air conditioned (hottest day of the year), and considering the age of the attraction were as good as new. Recommended, even at over £100 for a family of four...

Thrilling experience in the London skyline! We had fast entry tickets on the phone, everything went smooth, the ride was pleasant and educational for our 6 - year old. I had the feeling that we were too many people in the cabin, compared to other cabins... Too bad Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament are wrapped up in scaffolding! Ask for the round map at the ticket counter!

We had such a great experience on the London eye, we had a really empty capsule with another 3 couples on board and got the champagne experience. It was a perfect half hour, the view up there was amazing, giving you a full 360° panoramic view of the city of London sky line which is currently always changing with their plan to add 70+ sky scrapers over the next few years, which means it'll be nice to go up again in another few years to see what's changed

London eye is one of iconic attractiin of London. This place is very crowded, sometime in Q you have to spend 30 to 60 minute to get chance to get into London eye. Place ia very properly managed and inspite of having so much crowd there is no mis management. Overall pleasant experience, London eye ride will end in max 20 minute. You will able to see London city view from top. London looks very beautiful from London eye top position. You can also have customized phot album for 20 to 25 pound. It is of good quality.

Absolutely enjoyed the day. Although I have lived in london for well over 17 years I have worked at the ticket booth for the london eye but never went there. Today with two of my girlfriends I felt like a tourist amongst the many tourists there, I enjoyed the ambiance and felt what I guess other tourist who had never seen the site would have felt. Though it wasnt a sunny day and rained for a bit everyone just got on with it. When I first saw the line I was like, oh gosh is this ticket not valid for another 90days because the line was long and I was unwilling to line up. I thought we would be waiting for a really long time, but the line went by quite quickly maybe a 20minutes wait but it was really worth it. It's a must see and try all the other attractions too.

Loved the experience of being in the London eye. We visited 12.12.2020 and were curious to see how they handled everything with the restrictions. We were both really impressed. They only let in two groups per pod so it was very empty inside and they took everyones temperature before they went on. You get some amazing views. We booked the fast track ticket which was great and even though we had a time slot they just let us hop on when we wanted as it wasnt so busy. Best time is as the sun is setting. Theres no champagne experience during covid but everything else is fantastic x

Expensive, especially if you take the fast track entry, but you have to go on the eye whilst in London. It's a tick off your bucket list. The best bit was the 4d show, that was excellent.

We visited on the Friday in between Xmas & New Year. We have been on the wheel numerous times but never at night. We are Merlin Permium pass holders which gets you on the eye through fast track, but when busy like the day we went you need to book on line at £1 each to guarantee to get on. Even with fast track still 10 minute que but I estimate the que on standard at least 45 minutes so fast track for sure worth it. Super busy in the capsule so not easy to get pictures as so many people . Views are amazing at night gives London skyline a different perspective. All done in just over 20 minutes so very fast think the wheel was faster as so many people but still amazing view.

Great experience, better to book beforehand as it was extremely busy and we bought our tickets on the day but could only get a time slot to go on for over 2 hours later. Large queues for normal slots but if you use fast track (about £10 more) you're guaranteed to queue for 30 mins or less, or normal queues can be over an hour

I've been on this twice. Definitely a lot more exciting the first time around! If you're a tourist visiting London, I would highly recommend that you get fast track tickets in advance so that you don't have to deal with the wait. You get to skip the entire line-VIP treatment! Enjoyed the ride, express lane was much faster. Staffs were very accommodated and friendly. We were so happy to made it here.

Very good experience with family. Son loved it. 4D experience was good. Definitely recommend it to all with kids. As it was sunny in London, the queue for Normal entrance was very long. We bought fast track tickets and did not have to wait long. Tickets are cheaper online than buying at the attraction. I recommend booking of multi attraction tickets as you can visit some of the other attractions later after few days as well.

Both the River Cruise and London Eye were very good. I enjoyed being able to see so many important sights on both of them!We had fast track tickets and didn't have much wait to get on, only way to go! Very crowded. Ride by itself isn't anything spectacular. You're stuffed with people into a pod. Pro tip: go at the last few concluding minutes before the London Eye shuts down-they are extra generous and allow you to take the entire globular pod to yourself. If you plan well enough it could work out very well for an occasion!

We did evening tour at 5. It wasn’t that good. More than this you can get better views from some other high rise buildings and you can stay for longer as well. It was very average. Moreover our tickets included 4D experience which when asked at the ticket counter about timings they said it will be open you can do london eye and then go. We finished at 5:40 and reached 4D show gate at 5:45 when they said we finish at 5:45. Firstly this was not mentioned anywhere in the ticket. On top of it one of their official said it will be open. And next day we had our flight back and couldn’t go. I feel they should put the timings for things somewhere for everyone to know it before hand.

The London Eye is perfectly positioned on the River Thames just in front of the Iconic Big Ben and offers 360 degree views across the city. Local tip from myself...... Either go on a bright day or late at night to see the city all lit up. The entire journey lasts about 30 mins. Thames isnt as clean as it use to be but the views are breathtaking nonetheless. There is absoluetly nothing to panic as the capsule is quite big and secure. There can be a bit of a queue at ticket centre. Its best to buy online a day before as you also get 10% off.

It's nice to go if your from abroad and haven't seen london before but the ticket prices are so expensive the ques are so long I brought fast track as I had a young child I paid £74 for both of us to go around for 25 to 30 mins they should bring the price a little down there was not much difference if I had booked it in advance I would of saved only £3 so why go through the hassle london eye cruise ship was available online when i got there that was fully booked!

You can also get tickets for London dungeon, London sea life or aquarium, madam Tussaud’s, shrek. Try the free 4D cinema a 5 mins show. Word of caution - buy online 2 for 1 tickets that costs you 50% less if the 2 or you are traveling on train and visiting these places. Buy from here if there’s no time.
