I went to the London Cryo in the City, it is in an excellent location close to Liverpool Street on a quiet side street and I was able to walk there from work. It was my first infra red sauna and I had a lovely warm professional welcome from the lady working there. The infra red room was cool, you have a shower, shampoo and conditioner, jug of water and a sachet of electrolytes a nice little touch. You can also connect music or podcast to the speakers, I chose to sit in silence to have a nice rest after working. I felt so good after the session and can't wait to go again! I have heard a lot about the benefits of infra red and I could really feel it, I can't wait to go back. :-)

3rd sessions today and absolutely love it! Great staffs here at London Cryo I am started to feel the difference with my muscle tightness and injury so I will continue once a week. Anna she is Amazing and very welcoming.

I had an infrared sauna appointment and it was really great; I highly recommend it! The sauna is in a private room with its own shower, all sparkling clean. You can plug into Bluetooth speakers and play whatever music you like. They provide water, towels, etc. Everyone who works there is very friendly too!

Had a great session at LondonCryo Liverpool Street! Staff is very welcoming and Anna was great with my CryoFacial and CryoSlimming, she explained the process well and it was nice meeting her. I definitely recommend, they have a lot of options to try so I’m sure I’ll be back!

LondonCryo Liverpool street is one of the best experiences I've had, staff such as Anna and Ginta are friendly and go the extra mile. I came for treatment today and one of the things I was meant to have used stopped working. Instead of giving me the remaining time I was given the full duration when it started working again. 3rd week going to LondonCryo and it has very good benefits for recovery.

I am very happy with the service. Very friendly and polite staff, always greeted with a smile and always happy to help. I came a month before with extreme pain and now after a month of whole body cryotherapy, I feel much better than before. I would highly recommend this place if you suffer with arthritis and problems with joints and it is a great stress reliever. Thank you to Ana for the great information and recommendations.

I love London Cryo on Ecclestone Place! The best infrared sauna treatment in London: Clearlight (Ben Greenfield et al/ other biohackers only recommend this make). It’s so powerful and you’ll get much more out of each session by way of mental/physiological detoxification than other European brands. Everyone who works at the studio is incredibly positive, calm and extremely courteous/professional. Everything is super clean and they make sure to have everything Covid safe/compliant. The infra cabin is large, comes with a sauna towel with Velcro, a bathrobe, water (from filter), a powerful cold shower afterwards, multiple lights that you can choose for different benefits. I love reading a book in it and relax. They also have a redlight therapy – go before your infrared. I signed up for the monthly special (Cryo & infra combined) and it’s such a great ‘deal’. The 3min Cryo cold session (you get given socks, gloves, boots) isn’t nearly as bad as a cold soak/swim. The anti-inflammatory benefits are multifold: immune boosting, sports recovery, stress management to improved energy/ sleep. I am in love and can’t wait for my next weekly sessions. Drink plenty and take some electrolytes, I will also try the Niacin/B3 detox protocol soon!

I've been going here since it opened and it's a great addition to my training to help me recover. Everyone at London Cryo is incredibly welcoming and helpful as the first time doing cryo can be daunting as you don't know what to expect. The facilities are amazing as well. It's amazing what a difference 3 minutes can make!

This is the best find ever! All the staff are so friendly and kind. I have signed up for the membership which is actually really cost effective, especially as I go straight after Barry’s. I try to go a minimum of 4 times a week. I was sceptical being from a medical background but have to say my eczema has gone around my knees and elbows and I definitely feel like my recovery and sleep is much better. The infrared sauna also i could not recommend more, for me this has definitely improved my sleep and I feel like it’s given me better immunity as I work in a hospital and haven’t yet got any of the seasonal bugs! The normatec is great and has helped reduce cramping I get in my legs! I am mostly looking forward to going back after my operation as I’m confident it will speed up the process of recovery! Maria the owner is gorgeous and incredibly knowledgable.

I got invited to a session over at the Spaces reception in Ealing whilst visiting a client, and I got a chance to meet with the Cryotherapy team over there. I had a go on the Normatek pants, which really helped with the relaxation of my muscles (especially after leg day!) There was a massage gun, which was really impressive too! Next time I'm in town, would love to have a go on the cryo machine!

I loved London Cryo! Full body Cryo therapy followed by Lymphatic drainage massage was amazing. This massage was much better than previous ones I have done at other med spas. Also the place is trendy and cute in a nice location. Staff is excellent. Can’t wait to book again!

Working in a busy office environment as a solicitor means that I have had to be organised and efficient with when and how I train and remain resilient both physically and mentally. Every time I complete a cryotherapy session at LondonCryo I leave with a burst of energy ready to tackle what is ahead and with a better mood given the release of endorphins through the process. I have over time seen a real progression in myself physically with sports performance, recovery and injury prevention. From a mindfulness perspective my stress levels have decreased and I have more stabilised sleep patterns, something I have struggled with for a number of years. I can only speak this highly of cryotherapy – it is unlike any treatment I have ever had.

I have an inflamed nerve in my foot that became a chronic issue after 10 months, steriod injections and inserts did not help leaving me with my only option being an operation to have the nerve removed. I did 10 sessions of localised cryo and for the first time in ages I have had pain free days. I would highly recommend this treatment to anyone. I was nervous to try cryo but as I train hard and often I wanted to see how it could help my recovery time in between my sessions. The staff are amazing - they are super friendly and knowledgeable. The first time I had it as it was new it did feel quite cold but after I got out I felt amazing - fresh and revitalised! I had it again the week after - post a heavy leg session where my doms were already starting and the next morning I woke up completely doms free and was able to train hard again that day! I now regularly have cryo at least once a week and it gets better and better each time - you know what to expect and you're so focussed on the results it just becomes a familiar experience not to be dreaded at all! It's now a key part of my recovery routine. My muscle soreness is drastically reduced if not completely taken away and it makes me feel overall energetic - no stiffness from training at all. I'm addicted and can't recommend the treatment enough!

I love LondonCryo! Cryotherapy is the best solution for all my needs. 1) its in right next to Liverpool Street station so its easy to get to. 2) the space is very clean 3) the staff is very helpful and informative. They always explain the full process of the session, the benefits and share their experience with me. They answer any questions that I have. 4) cryotherapy helps me stay tiny and help my trouble areas that no matter what i do never seem to make a difference!! 5) it also helps with insomnia, i am super active and find it hard to sleep at night - cryo definitely helps! I have to start off by confessing , I am a Cryo addict . I have been to so many Cryo places around the world , and this place tops all places! The machine they have is cutting edge, it’s so effective and you see results instantly ! It was my first time doing this therapy. I was a bit scared about the minos 140, but the team was very sweet and helped me through. The 2 minutes went by so quickly. Felt amazing afterwards. So many benefits. Helped with muscle pain, and improved my sleep. Really recommend it.

In 2017 I completed 101 marathons or longer running events, which included multiple doubles (2 marathons in 2 days), 6 quads (4 in 4 days) and a 10 in 10 (10 marathons in 10 days). Most people experience a certain level of DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) as a result of running a single marathon (or shorter event). Running multiple marathons in a relatively short space of time ratchets this up to a whole new level and allows little time for recovery between events. I had about 20 sessions in the cryo chamber at London Cryo last year, usually the day after multi-day events prior to completing the next event(s) in a matter of days. The cryo sessions almost certainly aided recovery and reduced any DOMS or other potential running 'niggles' I experienced over the year. I would recommend London Cryo for anyone (whether practising sport or not) who is looking for recovery from muscle soreness or joint inflammation.
