This is absolutely the best place for massage in London. From the 1st minute you come in, you can just relax. The place is crystal clean and smells lovely. Emanuela welcomes you with such a smile (yes, I could tell even while she was wearing the mask) and she makes sure that you receive what you came from. Literally every touch is like heaven. I think her hands are magical. She knows exactly where to press to ease your pain. Also her bed is heated which makes you relax even more and you don't have to worry you'll feel cold. Under you feet you have a pillow which I was surprised how comfortable that could be. Emanuela is honestly absolutely amazing not only as a therapist who will help you but she is also fantastic person. This is money well-spent where you honestly receive a real value!!!!

Emanuela is the best and most caring professional! She is amazing and knowledgable, makes you feel at ease, and she truly listens. Before my first session, I was quite uneasy about starting an osteopathic treatment during lockdown, but Emanuela has done every single thing to make me feel comfortable, safe and well looked after. I keep coming back whenever I need specific treatment or just relaxation, because Emanuela used a rich variety of treatment methods and relaxing massages. I always leave her office feeling refreshed and like a better version of myself. 😊

I would highly recommend OZ. Emanuela is an excellent osteopath and sports masseuse. For the past couple of years I experienced various issues with my back, left leg and left shoulder and she was able to treat any pain or discomfort associated with these after only one or two sessions. The great thing about an OZ session/treatment is that it combines osteopathy with deep tissue massage and acupuncture (only if you are comfortable with it) to specifically target your problem areas and tailor the treatment to your needs. I think it's a great service for what you pay for. Emanuela is such a passionate and warm person and makes your experience there pleasant and enjoyable. P.S. The relaxing massage is also amazing!

Cannot reccomend OZ enough. Booking is easy, prices are reasonable, the clinic is beautiful, Emanuela is very experienced and knowledgeable. I particularly like the fact that she combines techniques to make the treatment the most effective it can be for you. I have been to see Emanuela when I had aches and pains, when I just wanted to relax, and all throughout my pregnancy and post birth. I know that having the treatment with Emanuela during this time prevented me from having any severe pelvic / back pain and helped to prepare my body for the birth. She even taped my belly in the later stages to help take abit of pressure off. You won’t find a better experience with an oestopath!

Emanuela goes above and beyond, tailoring the treatment to my particular needs. Of all the soft tissue and osteopathic treatment I have received so far, this is exceptional in terms of the pain reduction and relaxation a single session provides. She is kind and professional, and takes into consideration holistically the factors in my life (e.g. office equipment, video analysis of sports to view how the injury effects on performance, stretching) when tailoring the treatment and making sure I make changes beyond the hour we have together.

Excellent! I needed a new osteo as my usual one is no longer in London. I've tried a couple of others in the local area - they're ok, but but Emauela is great: I've found my replacement! Listens, asks a lot of questions, and tells you all the detail about what she's doing and why, as she's working through her approach - deep expertise. And really good, strong, manipulation work. Yesterday was constant pain in my lower back, and I was worried I'd be in for months of pain again - but I felt a bit better straight after the session, and woke up pain free today! Alleluiah.

Emanuela is amazing! If you feel any kind of pain - go to her and you will feel better:-) I didn't know Osteopathy before, but my friend recommended Osteopathy Zone when I was telling her about my back pain. One session with Emanuela and the pain was gone. I couldn't believe it. Since then I have been back many times - basically whenever a ruin my back again by sitting on a bad chair all day. The new clinic is very nice and modern and Emanuela is a very nice, professional and caring person. 5 stars!!
