I have been a client of chiropractic for 30years intermittently & Pro Back has offered me the most holistic treatment in the UK so far. I have found it far superior to any other that I have been treated by. Following a handful of shock wave, decompression and laser treatments, I can already feel the benefit to my joints and back. Clinically the practitioners are professional, knowledgeable, supportive and caring. Administratively the front of house staff are warm, friendly and very helpful

I am halfway through my treatment plan with ProBack clinic. Having suffered with various back pains on and off over many years I am pleased that I finally found a doctor and clinic that has been able to assess and treat me. From my very first visit I felt great relief from my pain. Doctor Chris is well versed in the treatment of backs, however he does not look at that in isolation, checking patients overall. On each session of treatment he assesses my progress and adjusts treatment accordingly. In addition I have found all the staff to be knowledgeable, polite, well organised and friendly. I am looking forward to the second half of my treatment and confident that I will regain full mobility without my old aches and pains.

Would recommend. I came to proback after I hurt my back in June, where I was struggling to walk around and bend down. I was able to get an appointment straight away. I had x-rays and found many alignment issues with my back. They created a plan to deal with the long term issues. After 4 months of 1 or 2 appointments as well as orthotic pillows I had another x-ray and found vast improvement in my spine, neck and hips positions. Before hurting my back, I would occasionally suffer with pain down my left side. I haven't had it since. The staff are very friendly, they are always accommodating when I have to cancel or move an appointment. They would also adjust my treatments if I thought they weren't working as well.

My journey to Proback Clinic Victoria London have been amazing. I have suffered Lower back pain for 8yrs.This degenerative condition has almost crippled me. I walk with a lot of difficulty. Always in persistent excruciating pains with shooting, stabbing and burning sensations on my hips. I cry every night unable to sleep. I am on very high dose of pain tablets. Since commencement of my spinal treatment about two months I feel a lot better with improvement in my mobility. All my symptoms have reduced drastically. What an amazing experience! From the reception staff through to the clinical staff, nothing is too much trouble. This place has literally changed my life. Following a back injury which gave me soo much agony. Pro Back Victoria, not only got me moving again but immediately identified the underlying problem and got me straight into the correct treatment pathway. The Best Chiropractor :) I browsed through a large number of chiropractic services before until my brother found Proback. I’ve since booked numerous appointments with them, from May 2021 until now . I can honestly say this is the only place where I’ve managed to find a real solution and see concrete change to help my back , neck and shoulders pain !! With everything online my shoulders and my back were arching more than ever, however they really corrected this and relieved any sorts of pain. I’ve been visiting Proback for last 5 months. Initial first x-rays and visit were very informative and helpful. I was offered few options as a payment plan so I did choose the money saving one which was very convenient :) Every visit to the clinic was absolutely friendly, nice and relaxing in the end! I highly recommend proback clinic! All the staff is Very professional and friendly! I've been visiting clinic for over 2 months and I couldn't be happier with the results. I did mixture of decompression, shockwave and laser therapy for my lumbar area and the results within 2 months are amazing. I don't want to go too much into details in regards my lower back issues but I was in pain 24/7 and very poor sleeping pattern. After 2 months of therapy I have no more pain, much improved mobility and I can finally enjoy a good sleep! I still have to use orthotics cushions for another 2 months and home exercises to improve my posture and strengthen my back but I can enjoy my everyday life now which is priceless! I have been going to the clinic for 7 months due to a lower back/sciatica problem. When I first started I could barely bend over or squat and was also kinda limping due to pain. Now, after several sessions, I feel more energized, more flexible and have no pain. I do recommend coming here and getting a treatment as they are on the way to fixing me after several years of a continuous cycle of getting worse then better then worse again. All the team is really nice but I do have to give a couple compliments. The practitioner who took over my case was Yohanis, who is an excellent professional and to whom I’m very grateful. I’m also thankful for Damanie who always makes sure I understand what’s going on the session and explains everything I should/shouldn’t do, as well as working very hard to relieve me of any pain/tension I might bring that week. In the reception team, Melinda always makes me feel welcome and instantly at home with her energy and joy. She went out of her way to resolve a couple misunderstandings that happened, and in the end everything was worked out, thanks to her.

I had a treatment therapy at Proback and I am delighted to say that it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I was very impressed by their services and courtesey. The scan carried out at Proback showed multiple issues on the spine including a herniated disc. Before I started treatment, I was unable to put my feet down or sit not even for 5 minutes. The pain was just unbearable. Now I don't feel any pain on the herniated disc, as if the herniation had never been there before, and I can do almost everything, even cycling! I received a treatment combination of decompression and shockwave therapy, together with orthotic cushions and some special exercises to do at home to correct the spine anomalies. The staff there are very professional and are genuinely committed to what they do. They not only treat the symptoms, they actually treat the root or the underlying cause of the pain which I quite like! A big thank you to everyone who has contributed to this wonderful journey, esp Arlind, Olly and Hannah who genuinely care about their patients and do everything they can to ensure the patient is comfortable, fully recovering and pain-free. I have seen an osteopath for years in regards to my ongoing back issues mainly related to my past motorcycle accidents and heavy weight lifting in the gym but the relief has always been short lived. Fantastic A+++ From the minute you arrive you are welcomed into a very friendly and caring atmosphere. I was immediately feeling better. The initial x-ray, consultation and recovery plan are quick, comfortable and informative. In my mind l was sceptical. Surely no one can be that good? Well they're that good. I went in with an extremely painful frozen shoulder and after a few visits was on the road to recovery. The practitioners are fantastic - energetic, knowledgeable, caring and get the job done. I was so impressed with my treatment. The analysis of the issue is really comprehensive, and the team treat you with real care. The shockwave therapy worked wonders for me, I had been having spasms down my back which have since completely disappeared, and the curvature in my neck has almost completely corrected now. I still have some RSI-related nerve pain in my wrist but we're working on it and it's definitely improving over time. Arlind is incredibly knowledgeable and I really like that he explains what's going on in my body and what he is doing to address it. I’ve had great results from my treatment at Proback! After increasing pain in my back and loss of mobility I began a course of shockwave therapy as the NHS have consistently refused to help. Over the course of my treatment I have reduced my pain from a point of agony all day and barely being able to bend over to the least pain I’ve had in my back in many years. Like most treatments, it’s no one-off miracle cure but I have felt steady progression. The staff at pro back have always been extremely caring and pleasant, making me feel very welcome. Proback has been sensational, how did I not find them earlier. Fantastic team with a vast array of knowledge. Arlind was the therapist who I saw for my results session, the amount of detail he went into real opened my eyes. He helped me understand what was happening with my body and explained how the suggested treatments would help. It was a real eye opener, I've never had someone take the time and go through my results in such detail. The progress speaks for itself, I have noticed I'm feeling like old self once again. With what's happening at the moment, Proback is more than equipped to deal with the covid situation. Everyone is in full PPE and they disinfect all the equipment after each patient. Staff v helpful, professional and quite organised and I have been seeing Nate ( really patient and reassuring) my practitioner for about a year now, though not as regularly as I should have been and have seen some improvements in my back though it is taking some time. For me it's about managing my lower back pain. I had the initial consultation in Feb 2018 after seeing the ad in the Evening Standard. The x-rays helpfully revealed my issues , mainly in my neck and my bad posture of course. I started with the decompression treatment but couldn't see the benefit of the sessions. I quickly moved to shock-wave therapy with some success - but as I said it's taking time and I'd like the feeling after the treatment to be sustained. One good thing though, is that my sleep has improved. The treatment is expensive - and for some they have manged to get relief in a much shorter period than myself , but I'll persevere for now.

After responding to the clinic's advert in the Metro, I had an appointment booked straight away for the next day to sort out my shoulder problems. I had an X-ray done following a doctor's consultation and then the first treatment was carried out. The clinic had all the latest facilities and technology to carry out the treatments. After 2 years of diagnosis treatment from the NHS and private care throughout the U.K. Also, I have been unable to work during those times. Frustratingly enough, I never find a cure for my lower back pain and my post right knee operation; nothing more than temporary pain relief. Then, I decided to investigate further on their treatment plan and by even asked the latest private specialist who was seeing me, for a second opinion since we did not reach a long term treatment under her care. Then, I decided to go for my treatment at ProBack Clinic on 23rd of October 2018. Thus far, the process of my treatment is almost unbelievable and occurring faster than I expected. Looking of how far back, I'm coming from with the previous unsuccessful treatment! My expectation was very minimal! The ProBack Clinic specialists are exceptional! Especially Maria Georgiou, she is carefully assessing my case and consistently communicating the benefits and progress, during the phase of each session. I contacted the clinic suffering chronic back pain. I had x-rays on my first visit and got to see the images straight away which was pretty impressive I thought. I've tried to get help through the nhs for years but the waiting lists take ages and I just got told to sit better at my desk...not much use. I'm part way through my treatment but I'm seeing much better flexibility in my neck and upper back and I'm starting with orthotics soon and can't wait! Fantastic place. Staff always very welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. Kiri in particular is great. She has helped me from day one. I am physically active and practice sports regularly. I came in with serious back and neck pain which stopped me from pursuing my activities. Kiri explained the treatment, gave me expert advice (she has experience working for an elite rugby club), and is always attentive when administering treatment. The exercises she prescribed help make the treatment even more effective. Though my treatment is not complete at the time of writing, the improvement is palpable. The pain has substantially reduced. My initial assessment was with Lewis, who explained what had happened to my back and then went through all the treatment options available to me, helping me to select the right one for my situation. Proback has been amazing! They have given me quality of life again and I am able to get through my day without being in pain and relying on painkillers to function! It is expensive but it's worth every penny by how the treatment improves back problems in the long run. Health and well being is the most important thing after all. All the staff are so lovely, accommodating, professional, friendly and take the time to get to know you and your lifestyle to ensure you have the best treatment suited to you. The initial consultation is a very detailed physical examination and some great, high quality x rays are taken. After being very disheartened that I was refused x rays or an MRI scan with the nhs, despite not being able to even walk properly, I was very grateful to finally see images and receive a detailed analysis of my spine by a Proback practitioner.

I've suffered with lower back pain over many years. However this now progressed to include neck and shoulder pain. Having tried varying treatments e.g. Osteopath, physiotherapy etc. nothing seemed to resolve my pain and my golf was suffering !!. It was only when two of my friends told me that they had visited Proback Clinics and how effective they were that I was persuaded to contact them. I had an initial X-ray followed by a consultation with Maria Georgiou who explained to me that I had disc degeneration disease, narrowing of vertebrae's and miss-alignment of my spine around the neck and back. This has resulted in various neurological problems. Maria recommended that I have shockwave therapy and decompression together with specific exercises to alleviate the pain. The shockwave therapy has been targeted across the entire spine and down the legs but more importantly around the neck where there has been a build up of extensive scar tissue. It's been eight weeks now and I can honestly say the treatment is showing positive results. My neck has more mobility and back is holding up especially when I play golf. This is all down to Maria and her colleagues. All the staff have been very welcoming and friendly. I wish I had visited Proback Clinics sooner and have no hesitation in recommending anyone who has severe back and neck pain issues.

I had a fall and injured my back, the NHS have only given pain killers and steroid injections. I saw the advert for pro back clinic and decided to give it a try. I had my consultation and they could clearly see my back injuries. I am having the shock wave treatment and laser treatment, and was quite sceptical that it would work. I have had 7 treatments so far and can honestly say I am now in less pain, and have a full rotation to back. I am sleeping better, and not taken any pain medication. At the time, I was struggling to get out of bed and getting in and out of chairs due to lower back pain and sciatica. Proback took some X-rays on site and quickly spotted the cause of the pain. They then devised a treatment plan. At this point, I was very sceptical. As you might expect, the treatment plan appeared to be quite expensive and I had to 'trust' that the treatment would work. I signed up to the plan and started the treatment that day. The guys at Proback recommend at least twice weekly visits, so the treatment was fairly intensive, but the treatment itself was totally painless. I felt improvement after the first couple of sessions, and whilst it has not been completely healed, I would say I am 90% of the way there. The best thing about about Proback Victoria, however, are the people. They are group of young, enthusiastic, and very pleasant people. They take the time to get to know you as an individual and help you through every step of the process, explaining anything you don't understand in simple terms. I felt valued and that my medical concerns was also their concern, rather than just a name in a spreadsheet. For me, cost should be irrelevant when it comes to your health and wellbeing, and once you have got over the first view of the treatment plan cost, I would urge you to give Proback a try.

I am 67 years of age and have suffered with back problems since the age of 30. Over the years I have undergone many types of treatments culminating to a back operation in 2010 (micro discectomy) which proved to be unsuccessful. Since then I have had injections which gave me short term relief but does not deal with the underlying problem. In March, this year, the problem returned and I had read about Proback and decided to give it a go. I was assessed by a senior person, including Xrays and was then given a programme of treatment including shock wave and decompression. Proback was initially recommended to me by somebody whose opinion I respect enormously. Accordingly I was not disappointed as the pain that had gradually worsened over a period of years regardless of the actions I took disappeared within a few treatments. Proback took x-rays and explained to me why the problems were occurring and I embarked upon an exercise regime (some of which I wasn't allowed to do until I progressed enough). I have another set of x-rays periodically and I can actually see the progress I am making. My treatments now consist of maintenance every two months or so together with an exercise regime. I will continue until I cease to see an improvement but I don't anticipate that to be any time soon as my sedentary day job is constantly trying to reverse the achievements made. Over the period of time that I have been attending Proback, motivation is sometimes a problem as the worst of the pain has gone. In that regard I would like to give a special shout out to Maria who has energised me once more.

After a few months of unresponsive physiotherapy for my lower backpain and muscle spasms along my trapezius I saw the advert for Proback Clinic in the Metro for a consultation. I have always been sceptical of the benefits of Physio and so thought I would see what this "new technology" was and if it could help me. I was glad I did. The initial, very professional consultation and X-rays revealed that I had an arthritic vertebrae in my neck (completely unknown to me) and also my spine was completely misaligned. Both of these conditions would have been hugely degenerative if not diagnosed when they were so thankfully its been diagnosed early. My recommended treatment was to have the revolutionary shockwave therapy which is designed to loosen the vertebrae, and also a course of decompression which realigns your body posture to relieve the pressures on the spine and neck and then finally, orthotics to re-set my neck and spine once the back is more malleable. So far my pain relief is noticeable as my scar tissue gets broken down, my movement is freer and I have greater flexibility in my motion. Jay, my consultant, is professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. The whole practice is a friendly environment and they are always happy to assist and answer your questions. My experience with this treatments it’s being mind blowing! I suffered from old injuries and accidents, sedentary life, genetic condition, age... so my spine was in bad condition.
