Ibrahim is very responsive and helpful : prepared to patiently explain what he's doing. Came back quickly to fix another problem that emerged following his initial visit. His fee seemed perfectly reasonable. Would ask him again.

I am happy to recommend Real Boiler Servicing for a knowledgeable and professional service. I needed a repair to my boiler controls, and Real Boiler Servicing diagnosed the problem, acquired and fitted the necessary part all on the same day. The workmanship was neat, and I appreciated shoe covers being worn as I had new carpets. When I needed further work (moving the magnaclean water filter that the kitchen installer had placed behind a kitchen unit) I had no hesitation is calling in Real Boiler Servicing to undertake the job; not only is the water filter now within easy reach under the sink, the heating system has now been protected with anti-leak and anti-corrosion additives. It is so important to have work done by someone you can trust to do it well, so I am happy to recommend Real Boiler Servicing for high quality workmanship, customer service and integrity.

We have used Ibrahim before - he annually services our ancient boiler. He recently came out on a Saturday morning (in his home clothes) to help us out when we found we had no hot water. He quickly diagnosed that the (ancient) pump had failed and went out of his way to get a new one for us and installed it immediately. He also came back when we had a problem with the ball valve in the loft and sorted that for us (at no labour cost!) Once again we are delighted that we can rely on Ibrahim to do a great job and he is always so friendly and helpful. You can't go wrong getting Ibrahim to work for you - highly recommended.

Real Boiler Servicing and Maintenance did a great job servicing and repairing our gas boiler in April 2018. Our central heating wasn't coming on properly until their boiler service. Quick, courteous and left everything clean and tidy afterwards.
