Shannen was a great host for the Fintech Friday mentoring event, where fintech start-ups like myself get an advisory session from some really great mentors in the field. Highly recommend it and just attending any event at the Rise space!
B.The office had a friendly atmosphere. The event space was large, light and had everything we needed for our event to go well. The adjoining room worked well as place to set up the food and drinks separated from where we were holding the book launch.
T. S. N.We held the launch event of Future Females at Rise last week and we really couldn’t have asked for a better space. It is beautiful, spacious (we easily fit 110 people) and in a great location. The people who work there are also very friendly and helpful, not just on the day and helping us with setting up the room, but also leading up to the event. Thank you Rise!
A. A.CFN (Crypto Freak Network) hosted our first event with RISE London and it was perfect.
Rise is located in the heart of Shoreditch and is easy to reach via public transport. The auditorium is of good size, good lighting (which is great for photos and video), plenty of seating including sofas on the sides! There is a useful breakout area, as well as a cafe on premises. For my event we made use of all these facilities. The toilets were spotless which is also something not to overlook especially when you want to make a good impression for your guests!
The RISE staff are very helpful and open in communication at all stages. They were also accommodating of our own event specific needs which was a plus and helped with setting up the microphone and audio system on the day.
I would happily recommend Rise as a venue location.

S. S.I visit The Rise London regularly to see clients who are located there. It is a really great co-working space and Tony and his team always make me feel welcome. The place has a really exciting vibe and there's always something going on for the Rise community . The food and coffee at the cafe is also amazing .

I can't recommend this place enough, it epitomises the very best features of the Tech and Fintech spaces.

A. C.My experience with Rise London comes from the organisation of an evening event in their auditorium. The place is modern and really nice, as well as the auditorium, which is spacious and well equipped.
The staff there has been friendly and helpful both in the organisation phase and during the event.
The catering service is good (and they have been very helpful as well), but it would be nice to have a bit more of choice in terms of drinks and snacks available.
My overall experience at Rise London was very good :)

The team from Rise and Barclays are so helpful supporting our business and making connections within the FinTech network including prospective investors. V. Y.I attended a hackathon in Rise and the only thing that I can think of is if all office spaces are more like Rise. Lot of glasses, fantastic decor and a nice cafe.
A. R.Attended a FreeTrade community event. The sign-in at the entrance on the tablets is seamless, excelllent experience. Their basement room is very adapted to presentations and their WiFi works very well. I have attended several tech presentations and it went well every time.

A. I. P.Unique place. I went there because it lunched free IT courses for kids CoderDojo. It is very comfortable with cosy settees to chill out while whatching what your kids are doing. Also there is a cafe and a roof terrace view. Brilliant staff and service and good WiFi. There should be more places like this around London.

M. A.We were invited last July (‘17) to host a lunch+learn about our approach to hacking #GenerationRent. The turnout was great and the Barclays Innovation team really engaged on our proposition. We had such a positive experience that we moved-in couple weeks later!
From the outset, the relationship with BarclaysRISE has been a very collaborative two way street. Not only do we get a chance to immerse ourselves fully at the #homeofFinTech, but also the wider network opens-up. The Barclays Innovation team is always formulating new initiatives and being asked which RISE start-ups have something to contribute on a topic.
G. A.A modern event venue. You sign in on an iPad and get a sticker badge. Comparatively pleasant experience to other places around London.
Tricky to actually find, it's to the right of Tesco, go in the bar with scaffolding outside, through and up the stairs.
Bar downstairs serves average food, but decent beer.
