Dan came out of hours to fix the boiler as we had no hot water and it Freezing!! Nothing was too much bother. He is a lovely man who clearly explained rhe problem and his plan to resolve it, which he did to a high standard. I have not had any issues with it since. Dan also called me after to ensure things were still OK. He was very clean and tidy. I would highly recommend.

Danny and John are true experts in their field. We had a boiler breakdown a few weeks before Christmas and John was a phone call away and came around the following morning to check the boiler. Straight away we were impressed with his honesty and politeness. We knew that the boiler had come to the end of its life so had arranged for a new one to be fitted. Other companies were quoting long lead times but John and Danny managed to fit us in within a few days. Price was good too. Overall we cannot fault their service. It was first class. The overall job took 2 days and everything was left so tidy. Highly recommend these guys!

Excellent service from this family-run business, who were able to replace our faulty boiler within 24 hours of us contacting them. Our engineer explained everything to us clearly and also adhered to the latest COVID-19 guidelines by wearing a mask at all times and advising us to open doors and windows while he worked. All fixtures and fittings that had to be removed from the kitchen were put back just as before, resulting in a tidy job and a very satisfied customer!

Absolutely amazing. I called and John came later that day - no charge - to look first hand what the issue was. He gave completely honest advise and really wanted me to make the best decision for me. Then they came back two days later and did an installation - perfectly executed, helped me set up the smart thermostat, didn't leave until everything was perfect.

Highly recommend Danny. Work is to a high standard and Danny helped at last minute when my Boiler packed up during January snow period leaving us with no heating or hot water. We recently had all our radiators replaced by Danny and his once again his work is high standard. Danny is professional, polite and leaves his work areas clean and tidy. This was like having somebody I had known forever over to do my boiler. Super friendly guy and it sounds cliché but really seemed to enjoy his job. When the boiler was opened up it was clearly going to be a job just to remove some of the fixings due to rust. However there was no huffing and puffing or "ill have to come back another day" - they persevered until the job was complete. I'm really happy with the work, the cost and would 100% use again should I ever need to. Can't recommend enough!
