I have referred him to many friends and family members and all have had a positive results.
Well worth checking out their yoga classes as well!

P. W.I was going through a very stressful time both in my work and personal life and was suffering from both high blood pressure and cholesterol. My doctor wanted to start a course of medication, however, a friend of mine recommended Sen Wellness Sanctuary in Sri Lanka and I decided to first try a more natural and holistic approach which has probably been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The sanctuary is located in a beautiful and peaceful setting within a nature reserve with a private beach and upon arrival I had a consultation with one of the doctors, who created a personalised program to focus on my specific health issues. The recommended treatments was tailored to my needs and ability and each of the teachers were both professional, friendly and just seemed to understand exactly what I needed. Even the food was fantastic and I returned a different person and I cannot recommend Sen Wellness Sanctuary enough. Thank you and will definitely be back soon.
