One of the most whimsical and unusual things to do in London, and an excellent activity for a cold winter evening. What a great way to see the city lights, warm in a hot tub sipping drinks. I've done this again and again, as it's always a fun activity to do with tourists visiting London. Boats are easy to drive. Huge thanks to all of the staff for helping us pull off an epic proposal on this visit. We came here for one of our first dates, so I had planned a surprise for my partner at one of the bridges we pass under in the boat, little did I know he'd planned the same thing at an earlier bridge, and had arranged for the Skuna staff to drop a huge banner as we boated past. Despite the confusion with both of us secretly planning to propose, everyone kept it a secret and we were both incredibly surprised, and everyone was there to congratulate us as we got off the boat. Could not have asked for a more perfect evening.

I work as a Communication Support Worker for Empowering Deaf Society. We are a charity that support the deaf community in London. A deaf colleague of mine was super keen on booking a Hot Tub boat for herself and our clients to enjoy and it did not disappoint! Being deaf, there are so many barriers with communication and access to activities because of safety. But Skuna were so understanding, staff were fantastic and facilitated additional time for them to see the safety video and learn how to drive the Hot Tub Boat through a BSL interpreter. The staff also offered to check on them as they were going round to make sure someone was always on hand to help. I highly recommend these guys for a fun and accessible day out! Thank you so much :)

There were a couple of concerns I had before doing this trip, the main one being that I would be in between tall buildings and that it would feel uncomfortable and that it would affect my experience. I was pleasantly surprised, I was very relaxed, the Skuna team was amazing and the boat trip, with the sunset and amazing company, was truly one of a kind. I definitely recommend it! I had a great time!

It was a good trip and great customer service. The captain found it easy enough to navigate (even if we had a few near crashes!) Everyone enjoyed and we went around sunset. It would be better if the time limit was a bit longer and if something was arranged for special occasions like a birthday (since this information wa requested at the start but I'm not sure why...maybe just for stats!)

Went with a group of friends and were very lucky with the weather! Would highly recommend (definitely book well in advance as they go fast) if you want to do something new in Canary Wharf. Members of staff were very nice and clear. After a short briefing, we set off to enjoy ourselves. Even though it rained a bit, you can go under the bridge 🤞🏼😄 They did not rush you off as they allowed us to finish grilling our food before getting off the boat. It would’ve been nice if they offered at least the captain a sailers hat to get that full experience and sucks that we can’t bring our own drinks.

Great experience, great fun. The team was amazing and took great care of us. They're super organised and friendly. The hot tub boat was super warm and we didn't get cold at any point despite the winter temperatures outside! It's a lot of fun I definitely recommend!

It was really good, nice concept and tasty food. They could do something about the covering cos it still gets cold even with the heating. The milk shake was abit watery, could be thicker and yes the cooks and food/drink servers should use a mouth covering to protect customer food from spit and all that. Generally it is a nice place😊👍

So I came here for my 21st birthday and it was definitely an experience to remember! We booked it for 8pm and the view was absolutely phenomenal. The boats were safe and really easy to understand a drive. Such a great business and super friendly staff! Big shout of to Eleanor and Lydia (sorry if I’m spelling their names wrong) but they was so lovely! So patient, helpful and kind! Just a lovely team to be around. Couldn’t thank you guys more! Will definitely be returning soon.

I had a great time with my friends but I can't rate 5 stars as it was very pricey for what you get. It's definitely a wonderful, once-in-a-lifetime experience but the fire that kept our water warm stopped all of a sudden but luckily this happened almost at the end of our cruise. I think if they had better heating and if they weren't so strict with the times (we were a bit late so we lost a bit of water time) I would have rated this 5 stars.

Highly recommend this experience to anyone looking to do something new or different, was fantastic, our introduction was brilliant and the hot tub itself was lovely and warm, changing facilities are nice and you keep the key with you so your belongings are safe, the boat is slightly difficult to get the hang of but once you get used to it, its good fun, would have been 5 stars however the young man who was trying to guide us to park at the end of the experience did not seem to have a clue what he was doing and told us to crash the boat into some other boats to park which did not seem appropriate, apart from this I highly recommend this experience for anyone to try, excellent fun and something I definitely will not forget!
