So pleased i booked this spa! 2 mins from the station (charing cross), very good service from the receptionist. Small changing room but has everything you need. The milk soak experience was amazing! The massage with Maria was brilliant also. I even had the spa to myself for 30 mins on a Saturday afternoon. Good value!

If you are looking for couple of hours of escape from London life this place is perfect. Feels like you are in Thailand that part of the world. Changing rooms are slightly small. Massages are really good especially the foot massage.

WOW I’m amazed at the professionalism from the staff as whole, including Shanice who was the staff that catered me. She was absolutely amazing I felt so comfortable and relaxed from the quality of care she took when she was massaging me. Definitely coming again.

Quite disappointed! The spa it's quite nice and well equipped, employees are cool... but: 1- Temperature was cold, going out from the hot Sen Space are was uncomfortable. 2 - Only water available, no other drinks. The bar was empty and no other offerings. Some chilling areas had their lights off, it didn't feel like a "chill space", the vibe was off. 3 - There was a woman that was clearly sick with "flu like" symptoms, I think it's unacceptable having someone coughing beside me during those times! I was surprised that during the medical form questionnaire they didn't ask any Covid19 questions, most Spa / Beauty centers have those questions there to avoid people with flu symptoms from coming to the space. Not sure if I would come back again

I would definitely recommend this place! My sisters and I have been going here for years but hadn’t been in since the pandemic and wasn’t sure what to expect! All the therapists were fantastic (can’t remember all their names), we had a full body massages and then Foot/scalp massages followed by the sen space for an hour. Ben the Manager was also excellent from the moment we were going to book to on the day, great customer service all around, thank you :). There was 4 of us and not one of us have a bad word to say about our experience. Will be going back again soon!!

Pros: Staff lovely, environment clean and calming. Enjoyed my massage very much too. Cons: Only minor issues but unfortunately the slippers that were provided were quite noisy and you could quite clearly hear people walking around the spa as a result. Decor seemed slightly odd, a Thai spa with a Roman-esque design.

I had the Signature Thai Retreat with the oriental foot massage for my birthday! Gabriela was very professional and kind! The Thai massage was done excellently with the perfect pressure and the foot massage was relaxing to the point that I was almost falling asleep! One of the best spa in London! I highly recommend it!

Came last Nov for my birthday treat and thought it was really good. Because of covid 19, I hadn't had a massage for 8 months. Went back today for a back, shoulder, neck and scalp massage. The masseur was so polite and gentle, but her massage was firm enough. Really professional and caring. The ambience is very relaxing. I have been to fair few massage places in London, but none can beat this. Staff, ambience and the massage itself. Worth every penny!

Visited with my boyfriend for 2.5 hrs couples' spa, which included 30min steam room, 1.5 hrs full body massage and 30min feet massage. Had to move our booking for later that day, as they didn't have available staff for both of us. Overall great experience, make sure to try their tea, took us right back to Thailand. Make sure you ask for a bed with a face hole. Mine was a flat bed with a face pillow on top of it, so when I was facing down I couldn't breathe. Also the room was a tad cold. Changing rooms don't provide towels, so it was a bit uncomfortable taking a shower after the therapy, as I had to dry myself with my robe that was covered in oils from before.

My mum visited from abroad and we decided last minute to get a massage from here. Great choice! Super relaxing place with dimmed lights and nice music. We were offered tea and water before our experience. I was especially happy with my masseuse Patrick who succeeded in getting rid of a couple knots in my shoulders. I will definitely be back soon for the next!

An excellent place to retreat in the city. It really is a little haven and so nicely decorated. The massage from Patrick was brilliant. He knew exactly what issues I had and worked into them both being able to apply the strength and pressure needed as well as softening to help relax. All the staff we encountered were lovely. My fiancee had a 1 hour neck, back and shoulder massage and the whole experience was excellent. It was very relaxing and the therapist was excellent. The salon is very clean and looks beautiful. She will be returning for another massage and I may join her.

My husband booked me a pregnancy treatment to have before the baby arrives, which I had once I started Mat Leave. The venue is lovely, really easy to get to and has a very calming ambience. Low lighting everywhere, relaxing music and spotlessly clean. The masseuse I had (Joy) was excellent. She made sure I had plenty of towels to support my bump and checked in regularly to make sure i was comfortable and if I had to move at all. I am sure I nodded off a few times. It was one of the best massages I have had and I would highly recommend it to anyone, preggy or otherwise.

I visited this location while I was on holiday. It was recommended by the hotel staff at the St. Ermin’s. My boyfriend bought me a two hour massage which I had with Patrick. My back hurts a lot and he was able to work on the left side of my back which I’ve had a lot of problems with. The salon is clean, calm, and relaxing. I had such a good experience with the front desk staff on both 02/27/19 and 02/28/19 they are especially friendly and offered to fit me in during my holiday. I decided to come back for a facial and another massage. I would recommend this spa if you’re on vacation or just looking for a relaxing day.

Small spa facility but very nice. The atmosphere is relaxing and luxurious. The ritual massage was very good. The female changing room though is very exposed, men are walking by and can see directly inside when the door open. And no nuts or fresh fruits are offered which is a shame. But I will definitely go back!

The Mrs bought me a massage for our anniversary and i have to say I absolutely loved it. My masseuse was an Italian lady called Maria. Shes epic. Someone hold my beer while we get her a pay rise. First class all the way from checking in to the five star beautiful facilities, the wonderful and pain healing massage, the ambience, the services, and the very friendly staff. Had terrible lower back pain going in and walking about pain free and so relaxed from one hour Thai massage. Check out the steam room and spa, beautiful! Would go there again in a heart beat. Went in to try out their thai massage package as I have been having stiff back and shoulders. I was greeted with very polite and friendly staff at reception. The waiting area before the treatment had a very nice ambience and setting to get you relaxed before your massage starts. The massage itself was very pleasant as I felt that I recieved the right amount of pressure on the necessary nerves to fix all my stiffness issues. The masseur was very professional and skilled. After the massage I was offered tea by the staff to further relax me. I highly recommend this place if you feel like experiencing real traditional Thai massage with professional and friendly staff.

If you like firm pressure, and even if you don't, this place gives complete massages. We both got the Traveller massage, mine with full pressure and my girlfriend's with light pressure, and we were both completely satisfied. They are prompt, and don't waste your clock time. One hour was all I needed, and it felt lime I got more treatment than in other 1-hour massages I've had. I highly recommend Nancy. The interiour is a mix of asian and roman classic design. It's not huge, but they went all out with the decor. I would go back, and recommend it to anyone.

My masseuse : Saya, was fantastic ! I had the Thai Herbal healer. Amazing ! My sister had the pre-birth treatment with Poppy, my other sister had also a wonderful masseuse : Lena. Fabulous experience ! This year (June 18) I went with my husband. Nick at the reception was awesome ! Polite, warm, smiling... Very helpful. I had the same treatment (love it) with Tak (Saya was not available) : another amazing experience. My husband had the Aroma retreat with Joy. It was SO good we booked for today (June 21). As usual, staff at the Reception (Nick and Rose) were great and professional. I had the Ritual Massage with Aysell, my husband had the Thai herbal healer with Kari. Never disappointed ! This Spa is AMAZING ! The masseuses are angels from heaven, their hands are magical Thank you to all of you for making it EXTRA special every time ! See you in October ;-) Jahna

If you're looking for a luxurious spa, you're at the right place. Booked a 6 hours spa session and I wasn't disappointed. A meal in between the sessions is included and refreshments throughout. My therapist Chanice was exceptionally great. The place is very relaxing and the experience is rewarding. You get acess to the sen place as well which adds up to the indulging experience.

The massage room was too cold, I politely asked the lady to turn the heating on but this request was ignored. I felt cold for the duration of the massage and couldn’t relax as a result. Immediately after leaving the spa I noticed pain in my lower back which I’m still experiencing a day later. I have been here many times but next time I will consider other spas.

I prefer to book the Sen Space before the massage session. The Sen Space is a common area that has steam room, Jacuzzi and sauna. So, come to charge and rebalance yourself and jump back to busy London.
