Over the years I have found it increasingly difficult to find good quality, honest tradesmen amongst all the fake reviews and internet companies that just act as middlemen. Syzmon returned my call quickly, knew exactly what he was talking about and gave me an appointment for the following morning. He gave me a fair price for the morning's work and parts needed, instead of an extortionate hourly rate that I'm now used to getting quoted by companies in London. Highly reccomend and will be using Urban Plumbers for any future work.

Great local plumbing service at competitive rates. Foolishly I let my annual boiler servicing lapse by 4 years, hence the problems. Urban Plumbers installed a new Vaillant boiler for me at short notice, after mine died while I had house guests (of course!). I've had no problems with it, and the pipework looks so much neater than on the old boiler installation. They were much cheaper than British Gas too! I'll definitely be calling them next time I need a plumber.

I phoned around some of the larger firms to get prices and also Urban Plumbers, I was a bit suspicious because they were so much cheaper than the larger firms but I decided to give them a try. I can say that after Szymon came round I realised there was no need to be suspicious, I feel confident he knows what he is doing, he is helpful and professional.
