Steve was excellent and helped me get over a recurrence of lower back pain in September 2021 over the course of a few sessions. Staff are friendly, the practice is quiet and located a couple of minutes away from Walthamstow Central - highly recommended.

Steve has been brilliant and when I first went in to see him I was having a lot of pain walking due to osteoarthritis in my left hip and pain in my back. He was really clear about what he was able to do and how to help and how I can help myself. I’ve been to osteopaths before and this is the first time I’ve been told that I would have 3 sessions and then review. And he stuck to his word. The third session I left having marked improvement in my hip. I’m not cured, that would be a miracle, but the improvement is close to a miracle. Thank you Steve.

I highly recommend getting an appointment here if you are having back or neck pain, as in my situation. I got to a point where I couldn't turn my head. I was sorted out over the course of a few sessions and have been given excellent advise on how to look after myself! I also recently had to get sorted out again after a cycling injury. I have tried various therapies including osteopathy for back and hip pain but it kept getting worse. My friends have been regulars here for over 10 years and recommended I try their osteopath. Steve has worked wonders in just 2 sessions . The practice is a very welcoming place and I look forward to coming back anytime I need treatment. Highly recommended because Steve wants to get you on the road to recovery as fast as possible in as few appointments as possible. That’s what I call real support to patients . Excellent place!! Highly recommend.... As a sufferer of chronic pain (Graves Disease and Fibromyalgia) and after seeing countless doctors to no avail along with ridiculous time spent on research,I decided to try osteopathy to help me get my life back on track and it's been the BEST decision I've made!!!! The practice is small & welcoming, both the receptionists and osteopaths are extremely friendly and attentive.... I recommend Iain for osteopathy, right from the first appointment I've noticed a huge difference, he's friendly, calming and extremely knowledgeable ...I always feel so much better after each session...just be prepared to rest after as your body will be seriously chilled and relaxed :)

I've been going to Iain for about 3 years now and he does wonders with my back and shoulders. I'm 34 and I've been working in an office for 5years and appx. 3 years ago I started to have acute shoulder pain. I went to massages, and acupuncture and nothing helped. I was suggested by a work colleague to go see Iain and already after the first appointment my shoulders were significantly better the next day. I had about 8 sessions in total with him that year, and to my biggest surprise the pain completely disappeared. I thought it'd come back after a year or two but no, nothing, my shoulders are fine ever since!! This year my lower back started to hurt and I had 4 sessions in total, and now the pain is completely gone. I love it that he explains the reasons why my body is in pain (e.g. sitting sideways at the table so one of my pelvis moved down a bit) so I can pay more attention to how I sit in the future. The most surprising thing is that it feels like he isn't doing much per-se and yet it works like a miracle. I am forever in his debt. Highly recommended!

A very small clinic located on a quiet residential street between busy Walthamstow Central and bucolic Walthamstow Village. The clinic has a welcoming but tiny waiting area so calling ahead for an appointment slot would be wise. The clinic and consultation room is clean, pleasant, and bright. The treatment advice that was given by the consultant was sound and exercisable. The staff there are very friendly and helpful.

Small but cozy practice offering a mixture of treatments aside from osteopathy. Steve is very calming when performing various fast crunches and pulls! Lorna is an absolutely superb masseuse and relaxing reflexology. If you prefer a deep massage she's superb you leave feeling refreshed!

I have been suffering severe back pains from 2005 until last year when I visited Walthamstow Osteopathy & Natural Health Centre. I met Mr Aian Chapman who treated me and still is. I am please to say the treatment is amazing I am now sleeping much better. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone it is so wonderful to be able to sleep pain free again.
