The service from WorldFirst has been absolutely fantastic, the process of setting up my business account was very smooth and efficient considering we are in the middle of a lock down period. I have other accounts with their competitors and this was by far the most stress free. I was contacted regularly by George Powell who led me through the process and was made to feel at ease very quickly, I was treated like I was already an established customer and was impressed by his very professional manner and ability to guide me through the process, chase up relevant information and get things done The currency exchange rates offered are also the best I have seen after shopping around adding to an even better experience. I would highly recommend opening a business account or personal currency transfer account with them

I have been a client of WorldFirst now, for some 15 years. In all that time, I have to say that they have always proved themselves to be efficient, good communicators, trustworthy and reliable. Simon Hilton was my account manager for many years initially, lovely guy, then he left for Singapore. Have had one or two since then, but all have been able to continue providing a first class service. Their rates are very competitive, usually the best, and the funds tend to arrive often before you expect them too; as was the case today. All in all, I can recommend them unreservedly. They are very good at what they do.

I must say that the telesales team are fantastic and once again this morning Greg patiently guided me through Logging In! But what I like the most is having dedicated points of contacts that are there for me when I need assistance.
