Finally went to Yemaya London Beauty last week for my bespoke facial and it was a pleasure from start to finish. I was able to relax and get comfortable while filling out the consultation form and offered a drink and snacks. The room was beautifully set up and Aisha was so friendly and lovely to speak to, as well as being very knowledgeable in her profession with all the treatments tailored specifically. The girls on reception were also lovely and the toilets downstairs immaculate and well stocked. I came out feeling refreshed with my skin glowing! Looking forward to my next monthly session and other treatments in the future. Thank you ladies!

My curiosity about this mysterious, beautiful looking oasis in the heart of Streatham led me to visit Yemaya and it was truly a lovely experience. I was welcomed into an ambience that was warm, clean, bright and elegant. I was offered refreshments and given a thorough consultation prior to starting my treatment so I was fully aware of what to expect. I felt comforted that my therapist listened to what my issues and goals were and composed a suitable facial to meet these needs. Aisha was my therapist and she was fantastic. She told me what she was doing at each stage and was very thorough. Aisha was very kind and friendly, which makes a big difference to the client's experience. I had a lovely time and will definitely be visiting Yemaya again!

The spa itself is absolutely stunning and the staff are so friendly and attentive, making sure you feel welcome and relaxed as soon as you enter. I had a green peel by the lovely Nadine. She was so informative and personable. I’ve had the peel before elsewhere, so I’m aware of how vigorous the scrub is; however, Nadine made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend this place without a doubt.

I had my first bespoke facial and vajacial done by Aisha and I had the most amazing experience! She was so knowledgable, professional and overall really nice to chat with. She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed during my treatments and I can’t wait to go back! I also had a consultation prior to my treatments with Mariam and she was so lovely and also very knowledgeable! This is how a business should be run, with such professionalism and class. I’ll most definitely be a regular client - 11/10 recommend! ✨

They have a completely menu to get you going (which I have not experienced anywhere else) The treatment room, outstanding! 10 out of 10! I walked into the salon and instantly felt comfort which is so refreshing as a black woman. The aesthetics, the drinks & snack menu and the choice of what music you want whilst having your treatment is what makes the experience unique. I've just finished my first ever green peel facial treatment. This clinic is beautifully presented, clean and the staff are very welcoming. On arrival you get offered complimentary refreshments! You even have the choice of music to listen to during your treatment and all in all I had a very lovely experience. Sasha was wonderful, very kind and welcoming. It was my second time here and it was lovely as always. From when you enter you're offered drinks and snacks and the receptionist is very welcoming. Rakaiya was really chilled out and gave great advice. All in all a lovely experience that I would definitely recommend. Came back for a green peel which was done by Nadine, who was great in answering all my questions and even went as far as finding me a great vitamin C serum recommendation when I mentioned my skin had reacted poorly to vitamin C in the past.

I’ve been to Yemaya for three dermaplanning treatments so far and and every single time I’ve had an amazing experience! Everyone there is so nice and welcoming, the place is very clean and comfortable and everything there is just beautiful. Aisha has been my aesthetician throughout and I cannot get enough of her! First of all, as soon as you walk in you can appreciate that the space is very well maintained. It is very clean so that helped reassure me also. The receptionist is very welcoming, offered complimentary drinks and a snack. All COVID 19 procedures were adhered to by Yemaya London Beauty staff which was great to see. You're offered complimentary refreshments whilst you wait for your treatments and you can also contact them in between appointments via their WhatsApp chat - they make it so easy! What a beautiful spa! I came across this business via an influencer that I follow on IG: Oloni - usually influencer recommendations aren't always good but this one really is! As you walk in you're greeted and made comfortable. The decor is very pretty too. All the girls are very welcoming and kind. The treatment rooms are very cute too, nice and warm and you have a selection of music. I was treated by Nadine - who was absolutely lovely and funny. I had the green peel facial which was bought during the black Friday sales. So far the results are good and my face is still peeling 6 days later!

Earlier this year, I had my first ever anti-pigmentation mesotherapy facial done at YLB & honestly didn’t want to wash my face after due to how my skin felt! Not only was my face glowing but my skin underneath felt so renewed! Furthermore, the customer service was exceptional, your made to feel special & actively listened to as soon as you get to the spa & during your treatment. I highly recommend you book a treatment here. I have been here on different occasions for a facial, vajacial, and Lazer hair removal. All the treatments are carried out to a high standard, the customer service is first class, and the facilities and attention to detail in the decor especially the reception area second to none. Firstly I walked in and the studio is really nice and all the ladies were lovely. Also they kept to time I had to fill a quick form then started my facial. I recently had bespoke facial with YLB and the service I received exceeded expectations. I felt welcome the moment I entered, the staff were professional, I was offered refreshments and the interior design is impressively beautiful. The aesthetician was lovely, informative, listened to my concerns, analysed my skin was and was able to create a plan to target my concerns, kept me well informed throughout making me confident to relax and comfortable the entire treatment. I enjoyed my bespoke facial it was done thorough my skin feels fresh, so soft supple and has a dewy glowing look, there is already visible improvement on the face!! Happy I booked and looking forward to finishing course of treatment for the final results. Definitely will be booking with YLB for my aesthetic needs in the foreseeable future feel they have that attention to detail and tailor treatments to suit each individual needs.

I booked a treatment plan with YLB towards the end of 2019 and it was great because it focused on my problem areas (breakouts, hyper-pigmentation and scarring). I loved the fact that the price included products that I could use at home between appointments, alongside a skin care plan with instructions for how to use the products. My plan was paused breifly due to covid-19, but there were updates given about the possible reopening and when visiting the spa earlier this month it was full covid-secure (hand washing, face shields, masks, sanitizer etc). I'm really pleased with the outcome, especially when comparing the before and after pictures - I definitely see an improvement!

This was my first time ever getting a facial and it was honestly the best experience ever. I was informed the whole way through the process about what was being done and used. I felt so relaxed that I even fell asleep at one point they also catered to my needs as I am 16 weeks pregnant and can’t lie flat on my back. From start to finish they were very welcoming offering me beverages as soon as I came in. After the facial my skin felt so clean and it was glowing (literally everyone during the day kept saying I’m glowing) I will definitely be coming back for another facial and I would highly recommend.

The best Vajacial ever!! Had amazing customer service from the moment I walked through the door. All the girls are super friendly and welcoming. I really struggle with ingrow hairs and thought the advanced vajacial would be the best thing. The treatment itself lasted about an hour and 15mins. I was talked through the treatment and its benefits of each step and what I can do at home to help. I was super happy with the results, I came out feeling like a new women! Even now a few weeks after the treatment my ingrown hairs are minimal and my darker areas are also a lot lighter! I would definitely go back again (:

I'd never had a facial before so I was a bit nervous at first but the girls were so nice and friendly and put me completely at ease. The steps in the process was explained to me before, during, and again recapped afterwards so I knew entirely what was going on. The customer service was really amazing, you can tell they genuinely care about making sure you have a good experience, from being offered refreshments when walking in the door to being asked if I'm comfortable etc and checking if I had any questions afterwards. With the facial itself it felt lovely, very relaxing, and afterwards I definitely noticed an improvement in my skin although I was advised it'll take more sessions for a significant change. What was really refreshing was there was no attempt to upsell on products or packages, those things were explained about so I was informed of whats available but there was no pressure. If there was a constructive criticism I could think of then I would give it but I genuinely can't, it was a great experience and I hope to be able to book again soon.

Was greeted with complimentary drinks 🥤 felt such a positive vibe. I surprised my boyfriend with a bespoke facial & myself with one and a vajacial it was worth every penny! My boyfriend suffered with white heads, scaring & active acne around his cheeks it’s only been 4 days and we see a huge difference. The facials were so relaxing. Throughout the treatments we were treated so well, not once we ever felt uncomfortable. I was shy to do a vajacial at first & was made to feel very comfortable & relaxed.
