I was even emailed a set of exercises to carry out. I had very bad lower back pain, it was crunching, creeking , I couldn’t bend down properly. I was medicating with ibuprofen especially as I was now able to work after covid. I am a hair and make up artist, not in a salon but on location where I have to carry a heavy kit in castles, beach venues, forest venues hotels etc. For months I was going to book an appt, I finally booked with this amazing practice online which was very easy, very local to me. Within an hour reception had messaged me with a medical form and confirmation of my appt for the next day. My appt was with Urvi and I have not looked back. She was very professional and explained everything from what had happened to my back to treatment and also very good advise on day to day living .. how to bend, stretch, get out of bed properly. I was also given exercises and home treatments to do. Honestly, if you take their professional advice and apply it to your daily routine over time, it really helps. I will not go Anywhere else now! I went to Scott Daniels with extreme back pain and limited mobility. Scott took a totally different approach to all of the osteopaths I have previously consulted with, offering a detailed examination and discussion before treatment. He corrected other issues that were also causing pain in the same session addressing many issues that were causing pain.
